junk sols?

does nayone know of anyone that has a reinforcement bar? still lookin for one and its been months! i know billy was talkin about some junk sol he was getting a window off of. any clue as to whether or not they'd part with the reinforcement bar if its still in good condition? Also, i believe peter was talkin about possibly partin out his crashed sol sometime if he ever gets a chance to buy it back from the insurance. I'm pretty picky as to getting an OEM reinforcement bar. But does anyone know how good the quality is on the ones you can find on perhaps ebay? Fitment any good...are they sturdy, etc..i dont need a reinforcement bar snappin like a twig on me if anything is to happen. So anyone partin out a sol?

You can find them on the VTEC sol models as well as a lot of Intrega's came with them too. Also for your information there is a lower bar called a "performance bar" used too. Basically it's a lower tie bar, but not a lot of folks know about it, it fits just behind the engine at the rear of the engine compartment. Next time your over ask me about it and I'll show it to you.

i have two of the stock strut tower braces.... both oem from civic si's. there not stolen, both are from my friends cars.

no no no....i mean the BUMPER bar/BEAM!!!! i have no problems with finding strut bars but DDAMN is it hard to find a front bumper beam thats OEM and at a fair price!!! anyone?????

yeah i need the actual BEAM not the foam. I dont really trust aftermarket companies when it comes to safety pieces. ESPECIALLY those on ebay. But yes, that listed in the ebay link is what i need.

yeah geo i do remember you postin that for me but that price is a bit steep to me for what it is. i mean i've seen them go for $30. i guess i'll sit around and wait some more lol
