I'm sick and tired of people bitching about our field. Oh so it's good enough for us but it's not good enough for phil robbins fat ass to come play on and now because of that everyone is badmouthing it. What's wrong with it? We have decent seating for a high school game, our field has grass on it, and there are goal posts. IT'S A FOOTBALL FIELD
maybe we should ask letcher central if we could borrow their field turf and bring it over to haysi since natural grass and a little dirt isn't good enough for anybody anymore. maybe they will let us bring the scoreboard too.
Doesn't surprise me about Giles people since they nag and nag about everything.
Its football. Play on concrete if you have to.
Giles people nag about everything?? trumpet1988 how many people from giles do you know or have met and had a conversation with? I was at the Giles/PV and the Giles/Honaker game Heath Miller's senior year both times sitting/standing around Giles supporters and the people I sat around nagged very little. They were respectful of both PV and Honakers respective football programs and very knowledable about the game. Granted I left their section before the last TD. So I can't say how they felt after that but, before that they didn't nag at all they understood that they were just getting beat and had nothing but compliments. Particularly Miller in the Honaker game calling the kid a house and talking about how tough he was. They may be complaining on Vapreps, I don't know I haven't been on there but I'm sure that is just a few idiots not the entire town of Pearisburg.
On Va Preps they do a lot of naggin. At me. Unprovoked then I nag back provoked. They talked trash the whole time then after the game they tried to find everything to nag about and I make a prediction on there they freak out. Actually just about every Giles person I have talked to has to be an arse. If they want to prove to me that they aren't all arseholes then I'll respect them but nobody from Giles I have talked to has proven to me that they aren't what I think.

the field is in great shape last week I didnt see anyone slip except a creerleader before the game if our field was in such bad shape how come before the game some of PVs cheerleaders played catch on it PV just wanted home field advantage taken away from us and were afraid to get those pretty unis dirty I havent heard anyone from giles complaning but if they do they can just suck it and like it
We earned home field advantage....
We deserve it....
Giles isn't complaining....

There were lots of empty seats last week...
and really, parking space too....the practice
field wasn't even full....
Our hot dogs are worth the walk from Council!!!!

We're not moaning I was pointing out Giles has said nothing bad about Haysi and the PV fans did prior to the game. I know you didn't but don't nitpick my posts.

Are field looked awesome against PV but it may not be so good this Saturday. Its supposed to snow tonight and it has rainedand snowed off and on all day.
