I've been finding myself lately listening to The Ultras - Galactic Kid to get my day going hehe
today is all about Fear Factory's Obsolete
This morning was LA Guns, the one with Paul Black...the early demo stuff.
At the moment its Arcade Fire and Joy Division... not the most glam I will admit...
Today and like usually it's Hardcore Superstar but earlier it was Soundgarden with their Badmotorfinger album.
I waked up this morning with Break Me from Revlon Red
This morning was misc. T-Rex. At work today so far it has been The Bolshoi and Joker Five Speed.
Izzy Stradlin "Needles" from Ride On
and no , amazingly it is not a drug song
more the usually Izzy banter 'bout 'the Peace of mind that can come with leaving it all behind'
I started off the morning on a sad note, and listened to "Seize the day" by Avenged Sevenfold....
nothing major going on in my life thats bad, I've just been reminiscing of what could've been, should've been, etc etc pondering life- but I'm closing a chapter in my life for bigger better things and I think thats why I decided to listen to Seize the day LOL...
Beautiful like a molotov cocktail by SPARKLING BOMBS for me this morning : killer tune !
Recently for me in the morning its been Supergroupies - Bouncin thats getting my day started
Today, Crashdiet helped me to wake me up.
yesterday was Robin Blacks first album. This morning it's Johnny Thunders
This morning it was the Cosmic Ballroom
Uranium 235 today
I started the day with a musical fart
Didn't know you were into Poison, Chris.
Poison and musical in the same sentance .. that'll be a first !

Today, it was Adam bomb with his new album titled Rock Like Fuck.
<font size="4" face="Arial">did Adam Bomb finally offically release this? i remember getting a copy of this years ago when he first recorded it (probably some 4 years or so)and then Mike Monroe had him shelf it so that he, Mike, could re-record it for his solo "Whatcha Want" release. (Adam is the guitarist on this under the name Pink)Quote:

It appears to be a self-produced cd though, no record company details.Quote:

I got 'Rock Like Fuck' at one of his shows last year in Paris when he opened for Hanoi Rocks. The cd can be bought via Adam bomb's website. No official release yet.
I got up this morning with Warrior Soul. Is it necessary to mention the title of the album? We are talking about Warrior Soul...
<font size="4" face="Arial">Kory Clarke's new band, Dirty Rig, is playing at a bar a few blocks from here in April. and when i mean bar i mean like a 100, possibly 200, person capacity bar. should be cool but they don't play any Warrior Soul, at least when they opened for Y&T they didn't.Quote:

Actually, he'd probably be rather impressed that you knew it. Yell at him "play Buzz On, bro'". After all, he probably always gets peeps requesting Wasteland, I See The Ruins, etc. Be original.

Thanks to this thread, I've actually made this my Blog entry for the day on Myspace. Since everything I listen to doesn't really fit into "Glitzine" review styles, I try to listen to a new album a day and post about it in my Blog:

Sometimes though I will be discussing an album I may have heard before, but I am going to try and keep it limited to stuff I am not uber-familiar with.
