An overwhelming majority of Muslims say they do not believe Arabs carried out the Sept. 11 attacks on the United States. Despite news reports that 15 of the 19 Sept. 11 hijackers were Saudis, only 18 percent of those polled in six countries said they believed that Arabs carried out the attacks.

I'm pretty sure they are just saying that to distance themselves from the attacks and those who comitted them. It's like me saying that Cajuns werent responsible for the WTC bombing when they actually have video of Boudreaux and Thibodeaux commiting the crime. Doesn't make much sense. They know who did it. They just don't have any better arguement than to deny it. Losers.

Although there is no question in my mind that the attacks originated in Arabia, maybe their media has convinced them that it wasn't one of their own, just as American media has convinced Americans that this war is 'noble' and right and all that jazz.
There may be some merit in:

Another misconception is the illusion of international support Americans think they have but really don't.

If Boudreaux and Thibodeaux did it, I would have no problem saying that it was THOSE TWO, as compared to all cajuns. The cajuns would do likewise.
If it was done by members of my own family, I would comdemn my own family member as well.

How about actually recognizing that the international coalition is falling out beneath you!?
I think it was the Nurembourg Conference just a week ago where many western governments criticized the manner in which the 'war' is going. The only people to defend it was Britian and Canada's prime ministers. Of coures the superior and concieted American people did not send their commander and chief to the conference like every other western nation did.

As if you are as much of a moron as warrenton. Of course there was international support, or at least international sympathy post september 11th. Even as the US started their war on terror (when it appeared to be legitimate) many countries volunteered people to help.
The only reason so many americans are dying is due to the absent-mindedness of your helicopter pilots or herc pilots ... . America is sacraficing American lives for nothing right now. I've heard theories that the US wants to build an oil pipeline through Afghanistan that the Taliban opposed, and this war is merely a way to remove the opposition of that.
The US is not rooting out terror, they are breeding it. The difference here is that it is so obvious, and that Americans (predominantly) beleive in these twisted rationalizations.
I thought terror was a global threat? If that is the case and the US is really expelling terror, why isn't their more support?
The answer has nothing to do woth your assertion that Americans are better, or that 'Euros' are worse. It also has nothing to do with the ignorant American participation in WW2. That would have been won by the allies eventually, America just accelerated the process.
