WASHINGTON - Vice President Dick Cheney accidentally shot and wounded a companion during a weekend quail hunting trip in Texas, spraying the fellow hunter in the face and chest with shotgun pellets.
The incident occurred Saturday at a ranch in south Texas where the vice president and two companions were hunting quail.

The owner of the ranch where they were hunting called the newspapers when she realised that no one was talking about it.
And Cheney sent a 7$ check to the state of Texas today to pay for the quail hunting permit that he didn't have saturday when he was illegaly hunting quails

no, man slaughter is intentially killing somebody but without forthought of the action. if you kill somebody on the spot say you walk in and see your wife screwing the neighbor and go nuts and kill them both thats manslaughter, however if you walk in see your wife screwing the neighbor drive across town and kill her family thats 1st degree murder

I read somewhere that he actually hurt the guy while unloading his gun. Accident to me would be if he fell and the gun shot or if he would have hit the guy without seeing him but when you unload your gun I guess you should check where you actually shoot.
