The multicolored sunglasses to the AGT Picnic Outfit I, one of the beaded barettes to the AGT Picnic Outfit II and now the new AGT Purple sunglasses I just bought!! [img]graemlins/grrr.gif[/img]

I have looked high and low for the first two items and after finding out AG did not even have them as a replacement part, I gave up and accepted it.

I just got these new AGT purple sunglasses at the end of February. I pride myself on my dollie closet organiztion...SO WHERE ARE THEY!!!!! [img]graemlins/cry_smile.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/grrr.gif[/img] This is the reason I stay away from small accessories as much as I can.

****HUGE SIGH****I guess I will get another pair at AGPLA in 29 days.....

What things have "escaped " you so far????

You are LUCKY you lost that! mine turned Scarlett's wrist all blue! and I cannot send her to AGH as she is PM.

Don't worry, they will turn up. I looked high and low for the little frog and 3 small crickets to Kirsten's fishing set (PM!!!) and finally broke down and ordered replacements a few orders ago. It made me sick to think I had lost something AG, especially PM!

Then while cleaning out items to sell (AGOT) I ran across them in the Picnic Lunch set! I was soooo happy to find my PM ones again! So, they will eventually turn up.

If it makes you feel any better my first "tea cake" to Felicity's PM tea set was eaten by my dog so we had to order a replacement there too! I still wonder why she ate it....

...nodding... yep, done that. I "lost" something when it actually had been put in a "safe" place.

Sheila, what glasses are the "multicolored sunglasses"? I collect all AG glasses & sunglasses but don't remember those. They sound fabulous! No wonder you want to find them.

I'm sure you checked under sofa cushions, under furniture, behind shelves, inside doll purses. Those are the places my lost items usually turn up. Especially in doll purses and doll backpacks. Those girls are always finding better places to store things than I think of. [img]wink.gif[/img]

I just lost Kirsten's Meet Boots!! I was changing her from her skating outfit into her Midsummer dress for spring, and her brown boots were NOWHERE to be found!! I'm thinking maybe I put them in the original red boots box when they arrived in the mail, so now I'm gonna have to go fishing through hundreds of AG boxes in the attic to find Kirsten's little red boots box! AAAGGGHHHH! She'll just have to look funny in a purple dress with red boots for awhile!! [img]confused.gif[/img]

All the time...all lot of my AG things are in bins that I have to dig through over and over to find all the pieces for a particular outfit- it drives me nuts! I'm pretty good at keeping accessory sets together though. I usually store them in the box they came in.

I lost Penny. How can you lose a horse? It just shows you what kind of condition my house is in. I searched for weeks and finally gave up and ordered a new one. Right now i'm hunting for Kaya's fancy shawl outfit.

I am so glad I am not the only one...I used to get so frustrated about losing something...I have taken a new attitude it is just not worth the emotional stress I put myself through, I can either buy a new one or do without...Things always have a way of showing up but usually when I dont need them.....like the shoes....

I lost those little red clips about 8 years ago. I had NO idea where I'd lost them or anything. When I got back into AG in 2004, I realized I'd lost them and was very disappointed as I had just bought Felicity, and she wanted the red ribbons!

We went to my grandparents' house a few weeks after Lissie arrived, and the ribbons were at their house in a little dish. They had no idea what they were, but had saved them.

So, things can turn up, even when they should have been trashed years and years ago.

Wiccacat...I lost a horse once! Really! She jumped the fence and got herself lost in the neighbors fields....I did find her again. [img]tongue.gif[/img] She hasn't jumped the fence since...I don't think she liked being lost. So hopefully Penny feels the same way. [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img]

The handles are what is actually multicolored. They also had a blue strap to keep them on the dollies face. They were sooo cute!

It is so funny that you would bring this up. I have just recently bagged all my outfits and there are so many pieces parts missing. They disappeared into the black hole!!!! I wonder if my keys go there a lot!!! LOL

I am hunting for Kit's Red's Fan Outfit, it is still in its orginal box just ask it arrived. It arrived, I looked at it and put it somewhere, now I can't find it. Now if I could just remember where I put my Dirty Dancing CD, that really does have me peeved at the moment.

I am missing Kit's meet barrett as well.

Now as for Kirsten's Red boots, the PM ones are great but the pair I have has not eyelets and the holes are beginning to tear out so I am going to one day buy a new pair.

Things do disappear into the oddest places. I lost my keys once. We searched EVERYWHERE, high and low for those car and house keys. I was super distressed. We even flipped over all the furniture to see if the keys had fallen down inside under the cushions. Well, we finally did find them three months later. They were in the freezer! In a plastic grocery bag along with a roast beef. I must have dropped them in the bag when I got out of the car after shopping.

Sheila, you just never know. I'm hoping to see a close-up of one of your dolls wearing those multi-color sunglasses. So you just have to find them. [img]cool.gif[/img]

I share your frustration at losing small AG parts. The snowflake necklace from the Petal Pink outfit is now lost, and we lost one of the candles from Sam's petit fours. I am pretty sure that one was vacuumed up. I glued the rest of the candles in the remaining petit fours, but it just bugs me that one candle is missing.

Don't worry! They'll turn up. The only AG thing I've ever lost (with the exception of Kaya's box that had her accessories in it, which I KNOW is somewhere in the basement) is one of Felicity's mules. I looked high and low, and then about eight years later found it wedged between the pages of a book. Apparently I'd taken it off of Lissie's foot to serve as a bookmark!

My stepdad took my keys out of my purse (without asking me and while I was swimming) to check my oil. Next day I get up for work, start to leave can't find my keys anywhere. Its a good thing we had a spare cause we still don't know where those keys are and that was last summer. Had my favorite keychain from Greece on it too [img]mad.gif[/img]

hahaha as for ag stuff, I am currently missing felicity's riding hat, the pinner cap to the christmas outfit, her coral necklace (bought this as a replacement) and posie. I'm pretty sure the riding hat and posie are still in storage but I lost the pinner cap ages ago. Ooooooh and all her hair ribbons [img]graemlins/whatever.gif[/img]
