i saw a commercial the other day, but wasn't the story about a man looking for his daughter, not a woman? oh well i never was a fan of the games so i doubt i'll be seeing the movie

I liked the atmosphere of the game but absolutely hated the game-play controls... same with Resident Evil...

It's directed by the guy that made Brotherhood of The Wolf so it can't possibly be as bad as House of the Dead. I actually liked the first installments of the Mortal Kombat, Resident Evil, and Super Mario Bros. cinema adaptations.
