hey i have a hell of a time losing weight and i love to eat way too much.... but i love cereal too and it actually was good especially since there's so many to choose from. you should try it. i am dieting right now myself...

Is not that I have a lot of choices here...that's the main problem....this is a FAT FREE country.....you don't have to pay for the fat, IS INCLUDED !!!!
when i was doing the special k thing i don't eat breakfast so it would be cereal for lunch and a sensible dinner minus sweets, bread and just eat a few carbs. or cereal again. i modify everything.
i have changed my diet so much in the past year or so... i might come in here wanting donuts but i actually might only eat then twice a year
