That's what I see on StP. It's almost like old times.

Hey, last night some of us from work went to a Brazilian bar because it was someone's birthday. This really cute Spanish woman went as well. We'd spoken a couple of times before and I knew she was taking Italian lessons so I asked her how they were going.

"Oh... good..." (turn away, look at something else)

That level of disinterest from a woman is almost attractive.

She was clearly on the pull, and I was not what she was after (too old, too English). Later she strategically positioned herself, standing alone, near some guy she was interested in but obviously nothing happened because a few minutes later she was back next to us looking glum.

It's one of the mysteries of the world to me as to why she doesn't have a boyfriend.

As for the Spanish woman, I know that type of disinterest can be so attractive. Perhaps her lack of a boyfriend is because she doesn't pay attention to the men that have an actual interest in her?

To be honest, I wouldn't blame her for holding on for someone better.

Also, my last girlfriend was a short, fiesty Mediterranean type and I'm wondering, do I want another?

btw, have you played Final Fantasy 12? It's amazing. Several billion times better than anything else I've played in ages.

No, she never posted here. Wasn't her thing. Though, she's played flag football on my team for several years.

Houses are so nice. I like having the space and the quiet. I was tired of apartments (flats). Ours is a two-story so I've got stairs, too. We bought it in late August. Been loving it.

The last Final Fantasy I played was Ten. What platforms is it on?

I've been playing mostly PC games. FEAR and Battlefield 2.

FF12 is on a PS2.

Anyway, isn't it a bit late where you are? Shouldn't you be in bed by now? I'm off to the supermarket to get my week's food. w00t!

Sadly, no FF12 for me, then. I don't have a PS2 (though my brother does, may I'll buy the game for him and borrow it and the PS2).

The Spanish lady sounds like she's got a load of baggage, that'll scare off most people (not our ersby it appears, lol! j/k!) Also some people are very very specific in what sort of partner they seek. This often isn't a conscious thing either, and usually is bad for them to boot. If attraction ain't mutual, it ain't worth a... fig!

The last FF I loved was 8. I tried 10, Tidus annoyed me, never got around to playing 11. But 12 is worth a shot, eh?

seven was the best ... 8 was ok ... until I found out you could win all the cards you needed in one location near end of the game.
