Aaron mentioned a strip club. I've never been to one myself, but I'd love to go, and get a table in the corner, and play Magic at the strip club. Considering how distracting I am at nudity and stuff, you could probably beat me (in Magic) all night. That'd be a cool story for my column too.

Per email with Mike (which I don't know if he passed on to Abe or not, as he was supposed to...)
Abe and I were discussing that a bit last time he was out. I told him the strip club was high on the list. After complaining how cliche it was he mentioned he'd never been to one [img]biggrin.gif[/img] So that's a definite go! Abe actually suggested Casino instead. I said perhaps before the events, but not instead. He mentioned Canada. I think most of our under-agers are allowed to drink up there. We can either come back that night or get a room for all of us to crash in. We could even spend a couple hours at the joint and then come back to the room for drinking and cards. I do prefer we do it on a Friday or Saturday as my vacation time will be drained by the wedding and honeymoon. We could go to a local strip club, but the only one I know of is Deja Vu in Ypsi. I've heard nothing but bad. And farther east of Ypsi..... no. There may be something in Ann Arbor or Whitmore Lake or something, I just don't know. I've heard really good things about the Cheetah Club, but that's downriver.

There really isn't anything up in the Whitmore area. So the Vu is probably the most logical choice to go unless we decide to go to Canada.

Let me do some research today on strip clubs in Windsor.
Research so far:
Strip Clubs in Canada have a tendency to be all nude.
Jason's is only open until 2 am
Cheetah Club is open until 4 am, and has pictures of some of their girls on their website, whereas Jason;s does not.
How old is Little Chad? 18 or 19?
Hustler's has a strip club rating list, and Jason;s gets a 7.7, whereas Cheetah gets a 6.0.
There's also one in Windsor called Million Dollar Saloon. It's rated at 4.1 though, and doesn;t have its own website, so I'm removing it from consideration.
Here are a couple of strippers from Deja Vu on a website (warning, NOT safe for work). Canada, with attractive ladies, cheaper payments (US Dollar stronger than Can one at the moment), alcohol ofr those under 21, and such. Or stay in Ypsi and go to the Vu, which is closer, and um...yeah.

Windsor is rather inviting due to the youngsters (19+) being able to drink, a casino right there, full nude, less skanky strip joints, ect.... ect...

Mike mentioned thagt passports were now required to cross the border - ca someone verify that?
I want to get Little Chad in, so maybe this is what we do, if Mike is right and passports are required to enter Canada now:
Meet at Bret's at 7. Hit the Vu, locally.
Leave around 10-11 which is a good 3-4 hours of strip clubbing. Meet at Brets.
Order food. Play Games until dawn or everybody falls asleep.
Then Chad could make it to the games section of the night.
You only need a birth certificate to go accross and come back. My sister went over there like 2 weeks ago to go to the bars, and didn't have an issue.
Truly.

Okay, because we have to come back early for Chad, so we can get him in, here's the tentaive plan, pending approval by Aaron
30th
7pm - meet at Brets (or the card store). Go to Deja Vu right there in Ypsilanti.
Eat dinner ahead of time because Deja Vu does not serve food.
11pm - arrive back at Bret's giving us 4 hours in Deja Vu. This allows little Chad and any others who might not be in a Strip Club state of mind, can meet up at Bret's at this time.
Order food for the evening. Delivery yum!
Once everybody is assembled, the Best Man (me) gives the traditional Best Man gift to the groom (already purchased).
Games begin, end whenever people pass out, fall asleep, or dawn breaks.
Ypsi over Canada because we need to get back for Chad, so let's not spend over an hour on the road, and maximize strip club time.

I have my liqour covered. I still have some Jack left over from this weekend along with some 1800. So assuming I don't party on Friday I should be fine.
I would also like to see ahead of time who would want hookah on saturday. I have recently picked up the one up and would like to know if I should pick up more of the tobacco for this weekend, and if there are any requested flavors.
Aaron you are all set there is a spare bed in the other room. Anyone else may wna to bring a pillow or will have to make do with what we have on hand.

Whoa, JD and 1800?! Hardcore. No liquor for me. I'll stick with my Beck's Dark. Well, that and whatever dark beer they have at the Vu.
