Gate City had a heck of a game Friday Night. Was really impressed to see the boys walk off as if they had been there before as they have been many times. Was really happy to hear them chanting "We want PV" at the end. They have their priorities in the right place and took no time to celebrate but instead immediately want to have a day of reckoning with PV. Can't wait sounds like we will get them in Gate City next Friday unless Richlands loses. Tee it UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My opinion is this... If we are lucky enough to get the home field adv. we may be pretty hard to handle. If we're on the road, who knows. It depends on what G.C. team shows up. Its a little early to make predictions, but i'll give mine anyway. Whatever team comes to legion first gets beat by 2 tds. Remember just my opinion, not the gospel.

GC had better win this one if not they might be facing a 10 game losing streak to PV in a few years. I'm happy we won the first time and I'm pretty confident about this one. If Colbro wants to run up the gut at Lane all night and watch Parks get tackled for one to two yards great. If they want to win they are going to have to throw the ball and farther down the field than 3 yards when they do it. The game will be close but I give the edge to PV. In the last 8 quarters of PV and GC, the Blue Devils have mustered a staggering 14 offensive points. I just hope Cedric comes with his A game cause if he does ole PVFAN will be celebrating 4 in a row over the self proclaimed Gods of Football.

I agree it is, but you have to admitt yourself if it wasn't for our offense that game at the Park wouldn't have been close because you all couldn't move the ball all night. If GC loses this game mark my words the GC Faithful will be out for Colbro's head, due to his conservative play calling. It's cost them before and it's starting to cost them again.
First things first I'm not from GC and really don't even like GC, but I have went to a few of the PV games at Legion and I've seen how the crowd is into the game. In all honesty I hope you guys stomp GC but I just don't see it happening

OK guys. You all have me confused. Is the game at Legion in Gate City, or Lane Stadium? Don't get me wrong, I'd love for them to play at Lane but it would be an awful long drive.

That's why the games are played on the field instead of on the internet...I doubt anyone would attend a game that was played on the internet due to alot of BS...The truth is 11 players will play on offense and defense for both squads whomever they will be...It's nice to get on here and make predictions but that's all they are.
I think we'll be ok. We can talk about the "staggering" amounts of points we've scored, or we can just wait and see if we fumble 6 times this game. If we don't i think we'll be ok.

hey GC1...me and the guys are comin in this weekend to go see Jess play against UT on Fri night in knoxville...so i would guess we'll be at the game on Sat
Man, I forgot about C-N playing UT. I'll have to listen toit if I can. Hope you guys have a safe trip and Jessee does good. BTW, if the Sat. game you're referring to is GC, they are open this week. My son and I walked in Cassel Saturday before the game and it looked like Greenberg down on the court with what appeared to be a group of kids with some parents.
yeah i just found that out about the open week but ill be in next weekend for thanksgiving break anyway...hopefully my girl will be able to come down with me
