I just got home from the hospital and Jordan is still a little out of it. The doctor went ahead and diagnosed him with a concussion. He is being held at Norton Community overnight for observations. He can remember when the "accident" happened, but he can only vaguely remember things after it. Before I left he was screaming for the nurses to turn the lights out and to give him a ham biscuit.
haha, i thought he was "faking" the foul and then he really took a hard shot, maybe not though
but after watchin the guy lay there for a minute or two, i knew he wasnt feelin to good, hope he rolls around soon, had some good playing time on the floor tonight
also, anyone know how burrheads daughter (or niece, can't remember which one he said) is doing?
I was just kidding about that. I know Pate didn't intentionally elbow him. Things like that happen and unfortunately it happened tonight. There are no hard feelings here or from Jordan.

i just like how some guys can have an elbow a foot and a half away from them, and they can make it look like it's the hardest they've ever been hit in their lives ya know, i thought that was what jordan was doing there tonight

well, he did take an elbow to the jaw then his head bounced when he hit the floor. At first I thought he just had the breath knocked out of him but when I went over to check on him, the coaches were having to hold his head up so he wouldn't pass out. When we took him to the locker room between quarters he was going in and out but never completely blacking out. One of the Coeburn coaches gave us some smelling salts but he couldn't even smell it.

I just talked to mom a few minutes ago and Jordan still hadn't been seen by a doctor. They did an x-ray on his hand that got stepped on but I don't know if it's broken or not. As of now he hasn't been able to move because they strapped a neck brace on him. I have to leave now so I'll give an update later tonight.
Coeburn was up by around 30 when they started putting in the younger guys, but I think the final was coeburn by like 20.
Good to meet ya knight, and my daughter goes to JC Tuesday for an mri. Right behind her kneecap has been killing her. That Adkins boy is something. Just to let everyone know, there are no hard feelings between me and pate. It was totally an accident. They did say it was a concussion. There were no broken bones in my hand. Unfortunatly the doctors wont let me play for 2 weeks.

to be a freshman, adkins can play some ball, pulled out some pretty good moves last night, and good luck to your daughter, im all to familiar with the knee problems, sounds like she may have some LCL damage possibly, best of luck to her..btw, she still has a year or two left doesnt she?
