I'm not going to say this because I'm a Steeler fan but because since I'm a Steeler fan I have had the pleasure of watching Jerome Bettis conduct himself through the years and he has to be one of the upper most class act's to grace a NFL field. I'll miss him when his playing days are over.

Big win by my boys! Bettis provided a huge lift in the 2nd half...I'm a firm believer in the fact that having been there before means a lot in sports. The Bungals are an up and coming team but the Steelers had the experience....
btw, I hate to see that happen to Carson Palmer, he's a class act on the field as well, and I hope he can fully recover for next season....
I'd say that Carson Palmer going out had alot more to do with it than being there before. I'm glad the Steelers won though.
great win for my Steelers, I thought they were gonna give this one away in the first half, but the defense played lights out in the second half to secure the victory. I'm not gonna get my hopes up to much for next week against the Colts, and if the defense plays like they played the first half today the game will be over by halftime.

The bengals are the new Kansas City Chiefs. (sorry diets, had to throw that in lol)
the bears run the ball 57% of the time anyway, i wouldnt worry too much about it.
They will have to throw the ball, you know carolina will want to stop Thomas like they did Tiki today.
I feel good about the bears o-line against their d-line though. Peppers was dominated by Miller first time around.
Smith had 160 yards recieving in that game and they still only scored 3 points. I think the bears will stuff their run game. It should be a low scoring game but turnovers could decide it.
I also think the Bears have an answer for Foster, whereas the Giants were playing 3rd string guys at Linebacker. The Giants' defense is set up to play with a lead, where Strahan, Umenyiora, and Tuck just rush the passer almost nonstop. The Bears have a much more dominant defense than the Giants, and can stop Carolina.
I hope Palmer's ACL tear doesn't hinder his future as a QB--I really enjoy watching him, he plays QB the way guys like Aikman, Kosar, Kelly, Montana, and Elway used to. Pure physical gifts combined with a knowledge of the game...Peyton should be listed like that too, but I really REALLY like Palmer.
You know everyone talks about how much Peyton does in terms of calling the offense...but DYK that the play Palmer got hurt on was one that he audibled into, and it went for 66 yards, probably about 50-55 through the air?
Also--you could tell in the reaction by Von Oelhoffen that he didn't mean to do that at all...he simply went down to the ground after he was blocked, and his momentum took his upper body into Palmer's knee/lower leg. Kimo's a character guy. Can't really say that for the rest of the cheap shots that the Steelers took yesterday, but Kimo's hit, while late, wasn't intentional.
