We have played two matches and gate city is up 16 points to 15 over JJ kelly.. Who are you ..
Where are the remaining LPD matches to be held?
Thursday we have a district match at Lonesome Pine and then next week we have another district match at LPCC and then the 26th is the district tournament. I play for GC myself in case you were wondering.

It was close. GC beat Kelly by 1 but hey they might have lost a couple from last year but they still have a pretty good team. But we still have another district match so we're not done yet. GC shot 166 and Kelly shot 167.
from what my friends tell me GC careered it. Every match they have played has been on the front so when disrict tounry comes rolling around it will be tough for them to play the back. greens are in horrible shape. still jjk should ahve won but jus couldnt pull through. only 2 people have seen the back for GC so it could be tough for them to score in the tourny
and i belive gc 24 hs 24 is jon bellamy..you guys have alot of potential ..GOOD LUCK!!
Well you do have a point. I've never played the back nine at Lonesome Pine and I've heard it's harder than the front nine but hey I'm up for a challenge. I shot a 43 my first time playing at Raven Rock in Jenkins, Kentucky and that was a difficult course but oh well. I can say it's been a fun season and it'll be sad to say that it's my final year.

Roy, you couldn't two putt your way out of a 5 gallon bucket.
If I'm not mistaken, they will get a practice round at lpcc. They will see the back then.
Well if you call our district match next Thursday a "practice round." Other than that we don't get one.

Its wide open at LPCC right now. They had 3 holes closed the other day, and the greens are in terrible shape do due killing the poanna (sp).
Well the 3rd one was #10 and they all should be open either this thursday or for the district tournament...but im hoping we all do good.

well gate city finally got uprooted last tuesday but I think they will be very strong in the region. Thomas Walker played terrible so I think we have a chance to go to state. J.J. Kelly won the LPD Tourny yesterday by a single stroke with a 330 overall. Griffin Kopp shot a 79(after 3 putting 7 different holes). Cody Kegley shot an 81. Both members made all district.
Gate City finished 2nd with a 331.
The only other scores I can remember are Evan Sturgill from Pound who shot a 73, winning the Tournament individually. Some kid from Powell Valley who hadn't shot under 40 through 9 all year shot a 76. And then Pete Banchuin from Kelly shot an 86 and Cody Blankenbecler, also from Kelly, shot an 84.
I believe Castlewood won its district yesterday with a 316? and Thomas walker shot like a 348. Not sure though...
If they would hade brid myers playing golf this year pv would have won the tournment.
