Yankeebaseball, Blue 52, UTVols2, and Knight 67 have all sent me pm's in the last few days and I'm not receiving them. I've gotten 1 from UTVols2. He's sent me between 5-10. I've gotten 2 from Blue52 and I think he's sent 3-4. I've pm'ed Bob, Trio, Quincy, Stripes, and a horde of others, but don't know if any of them have replied or for that matter, how many received them. Anyway you can figure out what the hell is going on?

They seem to be working right now. I don't know if he did something or the problem resolved itself.
LOL well his PMs are on. I'm going to contact hostboard and see if they have any ideas.
I've had a few issues with the board just freezing up on me and me having to close IE down and come back in. I would blame it on IE but it hasn't done that on anything else yet.
Ive had that same problem.ved a PM in days, I havent received a PM in days, but that may be because no one likes me. I thought I was in a clique? Does the clique have special privileges?

Lung, go to your messages page and look at the bottom left corner of your message. Should say if the message is read or unread by the recipient.
Yeah, I got that. I always delete them as soon as I send them though. I've quit doing that until I know they've been read now. It seems like the problem started resolving itself the night I posted this.
If you delete them (in this version), it may delete them on the other persons. Since it keeps sent messages in your my messages folder.
I haven't gotten to test this completely but it sounds likely.
Just tested that and that doesn't do it...apparently...
Correction! Further testing gave a possible solution.
I sent a PM to a user. Told them not to read it. It showed they had a message from me. I deleted the message from my folder, it still showed as they had a message.
When they got the message and replied. It never showed back to me.
So I think if you delete a message, it removes you from the threading (the way it keeps messages now), so you never get the reply.

They may have been what was happening with some of them. I know UTVols2 said he sent me like 5 in a row, I only received 1. He may have been deleting them too.

On the old forum, deleting them had no affect, because you didn't have a threaded reply, you just got a reply from someone.
