Setting tweaked

Someone mentioned allowing users to have a special title. This was only available to mods/admins. I found the setting and allowed it for old timers.

i noticed that change last night and was able to change mine

You skin fans can make mine, and if UT1 agree his too if, and I do mean if, the Skins beat the Boys? Say, have to leave it up for a week, or until they meet again. Say the last meeting of the regular season stays up until the Super Bowl, or no longer than the seperation between meeetings or something?

My roomate in college was a skins fan and I swear every year he was like they are going to dominate this year. Then they go 4-12, 5-11, and I just laugh in his face.

I've got a friend who's a Cowboys fan and every year he'd say the same thing about the Skins. Daniel Snyder had him scared to death when he first took over. I'll have to think about it. Bring this proposition back up during Fall practice. I wanna see how these freshmen we're bringing in are going to fit into our system.
