Everyone heed these words please.....
Pay attention all the time while driving.
On my way home this evening about 75 yards from my driveway, looked over at my cousins house to see if he was home when I look back to the road 2 cars are stopped in front of me one of them a neighbor turning left into their driveway waiting on a car to go by the other another neighbor going to be turning in at the next left. I slam on brakes and turn the wheel to go off the shoulder and not hit them, truck hits ditch and rolls completely over back on its wheels. As it rolled I felt the side of my head rub the ground and thought oh no, never blacked out and stayed aware the whole time. Got out checked everything others around stopped checking helped me clean up the mess of stuff that fell out of the bed and cab I jump in crank it up back out of the ditch and drive home. Truck looks awfull but still driveable.
The lord was on my side and all I have is a bruised shoulder and a very upset wife that was a few minutes behind me and saw the end result, very thankfull she didn't see the whole thing.
Just remember to allways stay aware especially in your most comfortable places, that being within a 5-10 mile radius of your home.

Did you ride out and look at the spot, need to come out and look at the truck. It ain't that bad actually, Jeff was here a while ago and didn't even notice it till I showed it to him. The truck stopped about 20 feet from the boxes, when I backed it out of the ditch I had to turn and back down the road to the double drive-way just to turn around.
I tell ya this much if I ever hear anyone badmouthin the Dodsubishi they will have to answer to me, that is one tough little truck. Glad I wasn't in my Ford, of course if I was in it wouldn't be talkin about this it would have had plenty of room to get stopped with the anti-lock and upgraded brakes I have on it.
Re: Everyone heed these words please.....
Drove by there this AM on the way to the bank. Saw the skidmarks, but it was still too dark to see much of anything.
Re: Everyone heed these words please.....
Not much to see other than the skid marks, you can't tell where it hit in the ditch or grass.
Stopped friday evenin to find my sunglasses and couldn't hardly tell where it was other than the gravels dug up some from pulling out of the ditch.
