Well from what I've gathered so far, Breathitt and Somerset are pass heavy teams while Belfry is a power running team. Belfry and Breathitt are 12-0 and Somerset is 9-3.
Powell Valley is lucky they didn't play Breathitt this year, it seems!
Didn't PV replace them with Richlands?

Either Lebanon or Richlands.. I believe you're right though, as the week they played Richlands was the week they played Breathitt last year.
Hmm...what about north when was the last time they played north?
Appy used to play North. I don't recall PV playing them.
Naww...North played PV in the last 2-3 years im almost certain
PV played North Robbins senior year I believe and the year following.

Neither do I .. but I looked it up and it is indeed true. I was shocked when I saw that they played them only 3 years ago.
How strange is that? I swear I DO NOT remember Powell Valley ever playing Sullivan North. The fact that it was played at Bullitt Park makes it that much stranger.

It shouldn't really be a game with a lot of magnitude. North is not traditionally very good. I remember Appy playing them in like 97-98. I can't really recall the PV series. Unless maybe PV lost one or almost lost one. ????
No, PV won like 34-14 games ect, im pretty sure that was one score i saw.
I can just barely remember the Appy--Sullivan North game that you're talking about.. it seems like they played at Appalachia because I was much younger at the time and my dad was telling me how they were a MUCH larger school than Appalachia so I was anxious to see what they were like, and I can also remember seeing their yellow-ish uniforms and it seems like Appalachia actually won that game despite the size difference.
Those games always come in two's at least. There was one at Appy and one at SN.
I went to the game at North. Can't anything about it. Don't even really remember when they played it.
