About what I figured.

Congrats to the Wave and Devils on a great season.

Was Gretna insane or what? I wish I could have seen them in person.. that QB of theirs is something else. And he's only a 5'8" Freshman. Their defense was also pretty impressive, especially the interception near the end of the game when GC had the ball at the 8 yard line and Gretna returned it for a 96 yard interception TD.

6-6 and overall from the get go I predicted 4 of the 6. I had William Campbell winning D1 4 weeks ago and Phoebus winning D5.

I saw the GC score coming. But had PV been there, they would have been dominated too.

I agree 100%, I'm not oblivious to what happens on the other side of the state like most on here.

Just not our turn here in region d anymore. It'll be our turn again. Won't be the end of the world. I have more important things to worry about.

Ah we've held our own in the Region imo since GC dropped down to A. Agreed D.J. there are more serious things than high school football, it's just difficult to listen to 20-30 people come out of the wood work when their school has a good season and run their mouth. Which all it really does is make the rest of the self respecting fans look bad.

Haha, great season Devil's, sucked that it had to come this way in such an ugly game though, we must of had almost double digit turnovers, and 100 yards in flags.

I predicted us to win and I was wrong. Gretna was impressive, and the majority of their fans cheered for our band extremely loud and I was pissed because I really couldn't come on here and say " DAMN THOSE FANS they were horrible." Their fans were really nice people.

Nick Miller ran hard for a freshman QB that weighed 157.

One should compare VTHOKIE and DJPENGUIN's post to other GC fans.

Great season, to make the game is a huge accomplisment it's just so hard for Region D to beat Region B. I'm sure you will get the chance to see GC play in the state basketball tournament again.

OK, compare them to mine. Critique me. Heck I was afraid that Gretna was going to beat the %$%#^@ out of GC. I saw what they did to Goochland and DJ Coles......
