I remember that one. I loved the BBD thing and More Than A Feeling with the janitor playing drums and Ted playing guitar. I thought that might have been the one where all the "queens" were hanging out on his "lawn".

out of curiousity what dont you like about it?

ill give you some things i like about it

its very well written with well developed characters

its very funny

considering it is written to mirror the life of mark wahlberg......it is somewhat realistic.....and written to be as such

great cameos

you have a bonafide star.......his brother who is a old b-lister......and two others who hang on for the ride and try to contribute but dont have much to offer

a high powrered agent........based off of ari emanuel

they dont carry out story lines......which is bad if you are a fan awaiting the outcome of a situation......but good in that its realistic because often times we never know the outcome of celeb happenings

I dont like the characters personalities. People like that I try and avoid, I really dont want to watch a show about them lol. I dont like Jeremy Piven, I dont like Hollywood stuff to be honest. Its just very different of a show than my personality. Plus I think MW is a frickin douche, even his chracter in the Departed made me mad.

i wasnt a piven fan either until this show.......theres a reason he wins awards every year for ari gold......hes perfect for that character.....and plays it well

i dont have to be a fan of an actor/actress to be a fan of them in a particular role

often we see actors in roles that dont fit them.....this one fits him perfectly IMO

as for MW.....see four brothers?

Yeah I saw 4 brothers, I thought it was terrible. It wasnt as bad as Crash or the Guardian, those are the two worst movies I have ever seen.

yeah.....it means you are the guy that likes alot of indies

personally i dont care what the masses think.......thats an industry im trying to get into and making more contacts in everyday......and ive learned......its not what the masses think....but what makes each part of each flick good

I just love Braff, Scrubs is my fav TV show.
Garden State was awsome, I love Sarsgard. He was brilliant in Jarhead. I am really into books to be honest, I read so much it really is hard to believe.

Never seen DTS. Though Norton usually impresses me, very underrated flick everyone needs to check out is 25th hour. Ed Norton is great in that movie.

Loooove Garden State, and hated that about 3 or 4 movies have tried to rip it off since it came out. Zach Braff is just the type of guy Id like to be friends with. I can seriously relate to anything he's in just for that simple reason. Plus Garden State had Peter Sarsagard who steals scenes in every movie he's in.

As for Marky Mark, I thought he had a great performance in The Departed. He really held his own, with some great actors. Though I usually dont watch a lot of movies he's in. The Departed will always been a favorite of mine.


BTW, Mandy Moore is SMOKING HOT. I thought I was the only one. haha

DTS is one of the funniest flicks ive ever seen

Braff is pretty badass, the commentaries on the Scrubs DVD's are awesome, I really think its one of the best shows.

Ed Norton cant be mentioned without mentioning his best performance if you ask me, American History X. That was such a great film.

You guys need to watch SLC Punk is you like avant guard (sp) films, something indie but meaningful, it isnt like any other movie I have seen, very crude, very funny.

And Elizabethtown should have been called Garden State II.

Zach Braff is a [censored] whiny [censored].

I forgot you were a fan of the mans man Fabio.

Didnt like Elizabethtown at all. What a rip off, and what's worse is Orlando Bloom. I think we can all agree he's a [censored].

SLC Punk is awesome, looking back im not sure how Matthew Lillard did not get some sort of recognition for that performance. He was great in it.
