Does anyone know when Clintwood will have their scrimmage this year and where at?
At Honaker. It should be two weeks before the season opener.
It was my understanding that they were Scrimaging Battle again and then doing the Honaker benifit game again this season (I could be wrong in that I have been out of the loop a bit)

Honaker on the 15th
Don't know. Darwin told me last week we were scrimmaging Honaker this year. I asked him who would be replaced as the benefit game and he said he hadn't heard yet.
Its battle at home on the 8th and Benefeit Game with Honaker on the 15 away
Does anyone know where you can find a schedule for this year's lpd teams. I tried to go on the vhsl site and it always locks up my computer.

Does anyone know when the jamboree will be held in Norton? Is it on Friday the 15th or Saturday the 16th of August????
I think Powell Valley scrimmages Tennessee High on August 8th.
Is that scrimmage being played in Bristol or Big Stone Gap?
In the past, it was played in Bristol more times than not.
So, is this years scrimmage between the two teams being played in Bristol or Big Stone Gap?
Don't know...but like I said, more often than not it's Bristol.
I'm pretty sure it's @ Tennessee High. I'll find out in the next few days.
This scrimmage is at Tennessee High. Clintwood has a scrimmage at home against Battle. I believe Pound has a home scrimmage, but not sure about the rest of the LPD teams

If I was guessing I would say 2 of 'em will come from Norton and C-wood. The other 2 could be Kelly and a Cumberland team, or just two Cumberland teams. I don't keep up with it enough to make a prediction I feel comfortable with.
Maryville is at Oak Ridge today.
Maryville is at Farragut next friday.
Maryville will scrimmage Dobyns Bennett a week from Tuesday at Carson Newman.
I think Burton's three scrimmages will be one of the Greeneville, TN schools, Lebanon, and Lee High.

Y'all get ready to rout and then fist fight...them Huskies like that..lol..oh mercy. TS used to scrimmage and rout North Greene..then came the yearly fist fight...they might be as good as a bad Ervinton team.
Well that sucks, I was hoping to see a good scrimmage. I thought north greene was a big school?
North Greene sucks major donkey balls. I think Greeneville HS is the good one, North Greene is near Baileyton I believe.
i wish we was playing against a tougher team hard to judge what u need to work on when you play against a weak team.I remember several years ago norton scrimmaged against tn high and ran all over them.Believe it was when buster was still coaching.
I always liked when we played in the Grid-O-Rama in Bluefield. That was always a nice trip with normally pretty tough competition.
The Grid-o-rama almost always had a tough jamboree. Unfortunately it won't happen this year. South Greene has occasionally turned out a pretty good program, Greeneville is generally very solid, but North and West Greene generally are much weaker.
