See the Alaskan comics thread.
Maybe it will be one of his terrorist buddies that takes him out. Wouldn't that be ironic.
Or maybe Mccains.
Or maybe an NRA member.
Could be just a civic minded patriot.
I just love Obama's "I support gun-rights" ad. Looks like someone could hack into that and flash on the screen "But the NRA gives him an "F"!!!!!"
I wonder why? The NRA is absolutely full of [censored]. They send out their letters saying the Dems are going to take their guns away, but no one is. Just a scare tactic to keep their organization going, esp after Moses kicked the bucket.
As usual, you speak about something you know absolutely nothing about when you talk NRA. You think the NRA is a political group or something?? The NRA is composed of millions of gun owners like myself who fight for our rights, and encourage the continuation of our heritage as freedom loving Americans. Been a life member since 1978, and proud of it.
Again, if they were only after the Dems, why did they give Boucher an "A+" and Warner an "A"??????????
My step-father has been a member for quite a few years and I read the letters, they give a approval grade to whoever they think more people will flock to or think is right with most politicians IMO. I never said they were a political group, but with since they endorsed Regan I think it was, back in the 80's their endorsements have played a somewhat significant part in politics. If a person doesnt know much about a candidate, but is a member of a group like the NRA, then that group endorses a candidate..they will probably go for that person. Like I said I read the letters and think they are full of it. No one is trying to take your rifles away, maybe an uzi or tec-9. But tell me specifically what it is that they do to keep you from losing all of your guns? Can you sit here and tell me that if it wasnt for the NRA, there wouldnt be any guns left?
The NRA has led the fight against those who want to , YES, take all guns. They're out there, and their label mostly says "LIBERAL".
The NRA is non-political. Case-in-point: Democrat Warner and Republican Gilmore oppose each other this year, yet BOTH received the same grade from the NRA - an "A". The grading is based mostly on two things: Answers to a questionnaire the NRA sends each candidate, and that candidate's past history of voting if they are an incumbent or former elected official.
Obviously, you know little about them, so why not just cool your heels on this one?

Don't hold your breath on that.
I will once you answer my question. What specific legislation or people have they stopped, that if they hadnt, all guns would have been banned or taken away? Actually I just want to know of some legislation that has declared that.
And I know they arent actually a political group, but they endorse politicians.
Do your own research. I lived it. It starts about 1968.
I did and I couldnt find any. I am guessing you couldnt either, but the NRA says that if it werent for them all your guns would be gone...It must be true then.
You don't see any because the NRA has consistently led the fight to prevent exactly what you're talkign about. Just ask the Sarah Brady bunch about the NRA.
So the NRA stops em even before the legislation is written? Dang, that kool-aid must be mighty tasty.
haha im not goin to read this
but ill add a point
if you think the NRA ISNT a political machine, then you are sadly mistaken
