Do you think Texas should go to the Big 12 Championship game or OU?

ESPN's ass...UT beat OU, no question who should go.
Thats what I say! It should be hands down Texas but some believe it's OU for some reason!
UT should be the obvious choice
while it should be texass for winning the head to head.......i think OU is the better team right now and would probably give UiF the better game

Texas, hands down. They were ranked 2 in the BCS and beat A&M by 40 on Thursday. How the hell do you drop? I guess the same way you choose a DB from Michigan to beat Peyton Manning for the Heisman. The media is in love with Chokelahoma, and always has been. OU will probably go, but when that happens, you can almost guarantee the third straight NC for the SEC.
PS - I dont follow ACC football, but I heard a VT win would put them in the ACC CG. How do they have the tiebreaker over Miami?

Everybody beats TAMU by 40. Oklahoma will get more computer points by beating 2 more quality opponents in Okie St and probably Missouri. Texas ends up dropping a bit in the computers as a result of playing a bad TAMU team which initially cost OU as well. The difference is just enough for eight hundredths of a point.
GT, Miami, and VT end up in a 3 way tie possibly. VT has the least amount of divisional losses which is the tiebreaker. They would be the smartest kid in a class full of special ed kids otherwise known as the ACC.
There will be more people outside the GA Dome trying to get tickets to SECCG, than will be at the ACCCG.

They had to play four straight games of very high ranked foes! Plus they lost on a fluke play and beat OU by 10....
If GT is playing in Atl, I highly doubt it.
Where both teams have identical records, you should go with the team who won the head to head match up, in this case, the Longhorns.

Thats why the word "enough" is in there. Cant have it both ways. If Ole Miss is good, then the ACC has to get some respect too.
I remember watching the UT OU game and thought OU was the better team during the game. Had UT not gotten a punt return/Kick return TD I don't think they win the game. They were down at that point in the first half and that one play sparked them IMO. The game was a shootout. I felt all along OU was the better team even though they lost.
What the hell they lost by ten! UT is and was the better team!!
texas tech beat texas head to head, so does that mean texas tech deserves to be ranked ahead of texas??

OU is the better team. Both are very even teams but OU would win head to head 6-4 or 7-3 IMO out of 10 games.

If I were voting for most insane person of the LPD Forum you would be at the top of my ballot as well. Remember what Biggin said earlier, if you are going to say Texas deserves it more than OU, then Texas Tech deserves it more than Texas.
