Missed talking to you this morning. Used to get so excited on Christmas morning. Hope you got everything you wanted this Christmas. Hope the family is happy and safe!!!!!!

Remember bringing those hand held football games to church? You guys think you could still master those games? I knew Fish was pretty good, but wasn't Cotton good also? I kept tying my thumbs up playing those games! I would LOVE to have one of those "simple" games. Now, I try playing those new football games on PS2 and I cannot remember what button does what. Six buttons right? All I need is pass button and a direction button!

Somewhere here is a late 70s , handheld football game. One of the first- just 4 red dots for each team, one player. Thought that was the greatest thing when I finally got it, Sears was back-ordered for months on those, back then.

We had our little tricks. Could run the clock out and score on the last play if we wanted to. Actually, I think I have the very handheld game you all are talking about. Another cohort of yours got me playing it when I was younger, I bought one on ebay several years back. Sad part is though there was a newish version of it, ok basically the same freaking game just put back out, saw it at Best Buy or maybe even Magic Mart fairly recently.

Stinks because I paid a few more dollars for the retro one before they re-released it.
