My last meal will come today before starvation. I will be eating steak and ribs and then washing it down with several Miller Lite's.
Biscuit and Gravy with BACON.
Smoked cheese, crackers and sweet/hot mustard. What a breakfast.

All I had was gravey & biscuits, hash browns, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, apple butter and coffee.

1st meal was at 1am this morning. Red Onion's world-renown restaraunt,The Rusty Skillet and those greenish Polish dogs (got 3 bites down before throwing up the white flag). It's all good though (getting 24 hrs comp time for yesterday and today) [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cool.gif[/img]
That is the best part about working underground--the coal doesn't complain and you can turn your back on the stuff for holidays and weekends.
I guess my first meal was technically an apple.
Wasn't really interested in eating until later in the day.
I wondered why the hell you were on so late this morning.
No work. Last work holiday until Memorial Day.

I hate to hear that as well, best of luck this time and I hope all goes well. I have never been in that situation but I do have a 3 year old and I could only imagine. Again, best of luck.
It's not something that's happened to me, but it did happen to my sister (1 and a half times - long story on that "half"). Having seen what parents go through I can appreciate grieving such a loss.
Congrats on the impending one - hope mom is feeling well!
I dont wish it on anyone. Just a couple of weeks after that happened to us, a close friend lost their child after going into labor very early and he just wasnt far enough along to make it. I can't imagine how hard that would have been as well.

She's staying nauseated (sp), but doing okay so far other than that.
