They're blowing it though, so many missed opportunities that they'll be kicking them self over if they don't pull this off. They've missed what 10 FT? Ridiculous. Would like to see them do this, but if they keep making these mistakes it'll be over.
It's over now, if they would have hit there freebies it would have been theirs. But they didn't.
Pitt is over-rated. Had ETSU shot worth a damn,they'd have pulled it off.
well crap it was a good game till about the last 2 mins. JC got mentioned a few times.

The Bucs played their tails off, and outplayed Pitt everywhere but where it counts, the scoreboard.
Although they lose Tiggs, Pigram and Hamlin, they should be pretty good next year. Sollazo at the point, Smith at the 2, 3, or 4. Brown at the 4, or 5. Coy at the 5. Hubbard is a bulldog much like Marty Story who can/will guard anyone. Williams is a solid 2, and Tibbs (transfer from Alabama) can flat out sky who will probably take Tiggs spot.

Every year we hear folks hyping Pitt,talking about how great they are-serious national contender...yada yada. This year is the best they have done,yet they don't even make the national semis. BTW for most of the 1st round game tiny American sure had folks worried/made me look good though. As bad as we all rag on the Big 10,MSU made my pick to win it all play Big 10 ball. The Big 10 has a rep in the Final 4,and that's something that the SEC cannot say this year. I'm still stunned that UL got handled like that (major dose of wrong on that badboy). I really thought that the Cards with the way they press and play D were going to cut down the nylon. I had said earlier that perhaps Purdue would be the only team from that conference to make a run,but MSU sure fooled me and everybody else.
