If the rumors end up being true, you're right, it would be hilarious. Imagine the irony of him putting up good numbers at PV and even helping defeat Burton when just before the season began he was put on the cover of the Times-News supplement wearing a Burton jersey - and leaning up against a gigantic Burton logo! Don't know the situation with Miles and really don' care to know. I just feel like kids need to learn commitment. I don't know of any that's came from KY, but they've got two from Pound right now and Derick Robbins was from Ervinton. If my memory is correct, the qb from Haysi is from Clintwood.

I live in the area that the kids here go to Gate City but have two daughters enrolled at Duffield(Rye Cove). But I am buying a house in Yuma and will be sending them to Yuma(Gate City). I think a lot of the ones from TN are the one whos parents actually went to Gate City but are living in TN. We do occasionaly get one here and there that just decided to come to GC for more playing time. But they come from other schools in the county and some from Lee and Wise. I think our Freshman QB may be from Lee County but moved over here. It happens and sometimes I am glad it does.:D:DQuote:
