Money, money, money.
I hope so but they are making this out to be pretty serious. Ben has hired the same guy that Ray Lewis hired so he has the BIG GUNS on his side. I really hope there is no truth to this because I really like Ben as "my" teams QB.
As a Steelers fan, I hope it's not true. He's a great QB, and let's face it, he looks good on the field. As a woman, I hope she's not lying. That just makes it harder on those who do tell the truth. Big Ben is another example of how careful you have to be when you have money and power. I don't know what happened so I'm not passing judgement. There are two scenarios, either she's lying to get money or he's got some serious issues. Neither one is good.
Big Ben needs to stay in the house. Whether it is true or not this has happened to him twice already.
Yup. It may not be fair, but there is a real reason for having all of those seminars and stuff when they're rookies. It doesn't matter who you are, you gotta be careful in our world. Stop looking. Trouble will find YOU.
you would think he would learn from the first time that he shouldnt put himself in these situations, as someone else already said, thats why they spend the bucks to have those stupid seminars.
I think where theres smoke, theres fire. This is the second time he has been accused of this.

But he's also the kinda guy that likes to be in the middle of the club, rather than in the VIP room. So it leaves room for debate, but still he's a professional athlete and one of the better ones at his position, he's a huge target for these gold diggers thats just trying to get a pay day outta him.Quote:

see, you knew exactly what I was talking about just by saying that phrase with Kobe's name in it. no matter how many years go by, those around during that time will always have that in the back of their mind.
She actually hasn't got much of a story, I don't even like Ben, but I don't think he's guilty of really anything but being stupid and careless about who he gets with. What happened with Kobe didn't do much to his rep., he gets some extra jokes told on him, but has done zero to his popularity or legacy...this story is pretty similar to it, I don't expect Ben's legacy to be tarnish that much because of this. For it to truly be bad for him, I would have to thing "Ben = rape" or "Kobe = rape", I don't...will I remember it? Yeah, just like with the Tiger thing, because it's covered by every **** news station in the world and blown way up...but I think of their achievements or whatever first. He's going to be on the bad end of some office jokes, that's it.
she doesnt have much of a story because the investigators/police/club pretty much covered it up. they didnt recover the videos in time then they magically disappeared. only thing that saved his ass was that the girl dropped her charges.Quote:
