How many players are currently working out at each school???
only 3 guys here in appy. they are putting some good number up though
Well I had heard that only five players had been working out but I wasnt sure if that was true or not....How many players are expected to come out when practice starts in a couple of weeks???
I heard PV has 750 every day. Every male in the area wants to play for the Vikes but sadly 700 will have their dreams crushed. I guess theyll have to settle for Clintwood, Kelly, Burton, and GC.
i heard a few of them... maybe some are doing other things not weightlifting....
This thread has severely disappointed. I was expecting some entertainment. Guess I'll keep waiting. :coffeedrinker:

Yeah i remember 2 or 3 years ago Twin Springs was the team to beat because some kid posted that the team was lifting using a supplement called NO Xplode. :doh:
appy has had 40 to 45 lifting and i also heard that 14 or 15 of powell valleys players walked off from practice yesterday
i just got done benching 3 chili cheese dogs, a double big pal with mustard, a chocolate shake, and a frenchie fry. Ill use those extra calories and protien to squat about 4 lbs of turd later.
