I saw that....... he's got several 816VI cabinets, it looks like to me. Unfortunately, he lists no price and is 5 hours from me. I don't want to drive 5 hours for an unknown price, unknown condition, unknown model mix, and I'd have a tough time hauling that much, too. I've got a fullsize truck, but my trailer is good for "in town only".

Most likely 2 inch Alnico JBL drivers on big aluminum horns...I think I see 421 and newer Altec boxes have the "hole" dust cap....likely 515G?

Several years ago I attended the Millersport corn festival and seen most of the speakers in action. They had drivers that were not JBL or Altec and did not seem to be kept in decent shape.Quote:
