1Reduce the amount of TEA you consume
2 Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS
3 Do not take Alcoholmore than one glass/cup/serving a day
4 Do not use headphones/earphone for LONGperiod of time Rest your ear awhile after 1 hour
5 Answer the phone by LEFTear. It'll spoil your brain if you use the right ear

According to me:
- Prefer green vegetable and fresh fruit juice
- Drink plenty water in a day
- Do regularly exercise everyday, like swimming, running and cycling
- Do maintain you daily diet plan
- Take at least 6 to 7 hours sleep everyday
- Do not eat junk food and fatty food
- Do not sleep after taking lunch or dinner
- Do not eat fruit after taking lunch or dinner
- Do not drink instant water after coming from hot weather or sunshine
- Do not take tea or coffee more then two cups a day
- Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol

Nice suggestions! But I dont get time for exercise so I avoid some things like
Not eat bread which has only JUST been toasted
Not drink coffee TWICE a day
Reduce the amount of OILY food
Do not have HUGE meals after 9pm etc.

There are many of tips are mentioned below to remain healthy.
1. Walking on the green grass in the early morning improves your eye sight.
2. Keep your self physically active e.g. avoid lifts and use stairs as far as possible.
3. Your exercise must include one for the lungs
4. Keep your weight under control and remove fat around your waist.
5. Exercise your brain - solve puzzles, Su Doku etc.

Thanks For sharing best Suggestion. Really great Topic. Here i share some about remain Healthy. Make sure you eat green leafy veggies, nuts and whole grains. They have a lot of stuff on there about animal cruelty but they have really good recipes and info on how to be a healthy veg.

Hello everyone. We can stay healthy easily if we eat healthy food. Exercise is important for health and prevents us from many diseases. Water is important thing so try to drink lot of water. Green tea is also beneficial. If we can remain healthy then we should quit the smoking. We should clean our teeth two times in a day. Drink fresh fruit juice daily. These are some tips to stay healthy.

For living healthy life . We have needed to focuse on our eating habits and follow some cardio exercises . Never skip ur breakfast . i know some peoples do this mistake while dieting . Every food had it's own nutritional values .
