Dude we might get Overeem, Fedor, Mousasi, Jacare, etc.. in the UFC.

I highly doubt we will see Fedor fight in the UFC. He has a contract with M1 and Showtime. Dana said Strikeforce will still operate on their own. Once the Showtime contract runs out though we could see some cross promotion. Hopefully this turns out good for MMA as a whole.

Im more excited about Overeem and Mousasi than anybody...esp Overeem I cant wait to see him fight at top heavy weight. I heard Bigfoot has already called out Lesnar, he must be trying to get into the UFC quick

itll be a while they say, they are gonna let the contracts run their course and keep SF on Showtime and such for now, but if Overeem continues his streak for another year, him v. Cain (if Cain beats JDS/Lesnar again) would maybe be the biggest HW fight ever.

but Jon Jones could quickly become the main attraction for DW and Co.

If Overeem wins this Grand Prix Ill be a whole lot more excited about him, hes one of my favorite fighters but he hasnt really fought the biggest challenges here lately.

And yeah, JJ will be a huge draw...hes excitiing like Silva but he speaks english

Im a big Reem fan as well, him holding TWO titles in diff. combat sports at the same time is INCREDIBLE, but yeah we need to see him take on a legit HW contender. The fight with Werdum should show us where Overeem stands now

Im excited about the Werdum fight he is really good on the ground and we all know Overeem wont have a problem in stand up with him winning K1

Werdum holds a submission win over Reem but that was before the Ubereem, back in PRIDE.

I hated that they moved the HWGP fights, it was ridiculous. Not to mention how IDIOTIC it was to match up Reem/Werdum in the OPENING round ffs.

Yeah I knew that but Overeem is a totally different fighter now IMO. Yeah I didnt understand that either, how big of an impact do you think Bigfoot is gonna have in the UFC? I know he beat Fedor but Im not sure how to judge that anymore but I think hes a really good fighter he will make a big splash in heavyweight

Yeah Overeem now v. 2006 is like two completely different fighters. Back then he was a smaller HW who had good striking but it wasnt very refined and he always gassed. He may still gas, we dont know since he hasnt been outta the first round in an MMA fight in over 5 years, but his strength adds an incredible power to his excellent technical striking. Not to mention he is a very, very good grappler who won Europe ADCC at one time. Im a huge Reem fan as well, I hope he holds up well so we can see him take on some of the elite SF/UFC HWs.

I believe Bigfoot is a solid, top 10 fighter but wont be a champ in a deep HW pool. I believe he beats guys like Nelson, Mir, etc.. but loses to Cain, JDS, Overeem.

Werdum beat him like three fights ago but it wasnt impressive and it was all boxing. It was actually a boring fight with lots of clinchwork and Werdum won a really close decision but I might favor Silva over him in a rematch.

I think the 3 HWs you listed are the only ones thatll beat Bigfoot but yeah hes going to be a high level gatekeeper. I cant wait to seem Overeem in the UFC and I hope he ends up HW champ he seems to have as much talent and skill as anybody and there really arent any big holes in his game
