Yep! Just as I expected, this was definitely the best of the playoff games around here. I sure wish I could've been there to see it.

Good game. Way to finish the last 3 weeks of the season. Now build on it for next year.

Thank goodness it wasn't last seconds like earlier info I had said, I would have hated Union to have lost like that. Sounds like it was a heck of a game, I think Union grew a lot at the end of year. Now if they can build, temper some expectations, they can build something pretty good there.

Good grief. Were the refs as bad as Union says they were or is half the coaching staff and parents complaining(not on here but fb & conversations) just to ignore the fact that they weren't as good as SD!?

Lol well Mr. D, I actually interact with you quite often. I wish Union best of luck but it is when the support(coaching staff, fans, parents) don't set an example of humility & how to take a loss without whining it makes the team look bad.

Like I said, Union's made up of both our alma mater and his. Which is why I think in pulling AGAINST Union, he is also pulling against his alma mater as well. I scoff at people like that.

As far as the reffing comments go, I heard from a blue crew member that another blue crew member really caused Union some problems with his mouthing off to the refs. Apparently a ref called a late hit or some kind of unsportsman like conduct call and the certain blue crew member said "that was f***ing bullsh**" and the ref heard this remark and tacked on another 15 yards allowing Stuarts Draft to get into feildgoal range. To me, thats not bad reffing as much as it is pure ignorance out of a grown man in his 40s that costed Union kids the ball game. Also according to this same blue crew member, Stuarts Draft's head coach told Union's head coach Travis, that "Yall were the better team here today and a few penalties costed ya. Best of luck to yall next year."
I can't say that this is 100% true because i didnt hear it with my own two years, but from knowing the blue crew member that told me this for nearly all my life and knowing the alledged blue crew member who said the curse words to the ref, i would not be affraid to say that this is the truth. Some 40 year old plus idiot costed the bears their run not the refs

was it the same blue crew member that had to stay off the sidelines for one game for flipping off the refs at a game already this year
