ok well first 316 now me... i had to go to the doc on monday and they did some x rays.... today they call me with the results and said everything was fine for what i went in for but.......... i will be damned if they didn't say i have gall stones!!!! wtf, so now i have to go back in on monday and have more x rays [img]confused.gif[/img] and i have to go to a damn specialist for what i originally went in for which i can't even see until october! i fucking hate doctors!! ok bitching over thanks for letting me share [img]wink.gif[/img]

A good friend i work with got through breast cancer just under a year ago.

She's had phnemonia, but had a lot of chest pains - she went to the doctor and they told her due to her coughing, she fractured a rib. Last week they found a spot of cancer again, her house got broken into last friday, and today she had to go to the hospital due to problems breathing. The drained over 2 pints of fluid from her chest.

Mort, sorry to hear that. I had all of my ultrasound x-rays this morning. I've got to try and get an appt tomorrow to find out the results. Due to legal constraints, I guess, the technician couldn't really tell me anything other than "you need to schedule an appt with your doctor to go over these."

Well, I just returned from my doctor's appt. Not really alot to report. The X-rays weren't back yet so he did alot of guess work. No wonder they call it a 'practice' lol. He wants to rule out the Gall Bladder due to the results of my blood work but is going to wait until he sees the X-rays first. Another possible culprit is my esophagus.

I have to go back after the 15th for more blood work just to compare the levels and call next week to get the X-ray results. In the interim, he gave me a GI cocktail (Mylanta and lydocaine) in case I have another episode.

Exactly what I was thinking, lol. The good thing is that this only happens 3-6 times a year. But after going on since '98, I'd just like the idiots to figure out what the hell it is [img]confused.gif[/img]
