Is Hostboard going to do anything about it or are we screwed...
yeah, its wierd tho some times i'll come her and it will be really really slow but other times i'll be really fast. It seems to mew that as soon as it lets me login it becomes faster.

yup... same here... I thought it was just me. Sometimes I get so bored that I start playing a game for like an hour and forget that I was waiting for the page to load. [img]rolleyes.gif[/img]
Yea sometimes its horrible for me so I wont even bother, other times its fine...They need more bandwidth or whatever to get shite going
Just so funny, while waiting to load it up, I race the speedway game at Winamp's and listen to music at the same time... [img]eek.gif[/img]
(and other times I just play GT3 [img]wink.gif[/img] )
Sigh, yeah I know what you guys mean. One minute its fast the other slow as hell. If this does not clear up by next month we will be looking for another Home! [img]graemlins/broken_heart.gif[/img]
Same here, sometimes it fast and sometimes it's slow(with cable modem)...
Ya i'm on a cable modem too. Mines been pretty slow only when I come to the boards main screen. Everything else moves pretty good. Best bet would be to find a host that offers CGI and use and run your own forums.
yeah man this place lags. everytime i click a link or something it takes about a minute to load. i have dsl so this gets on my nerves. i hope they do something.
yeah I use a cable modem too and it feels 10 times slower than 56K when I'm on this site most of the time...
If you want to change, I would suggest http://www.phpbb.com/ you can host on your own server so it doesnt interfere with evryone else...and if you needed a fast host, i can, or can get someone to provide one...
