Wife and I are both sore as hell, but we are ok.

I still have a severe pain in my neck, like a pinched nerve or something. I'm contacting a lawyer, just to be safe. Even though the other driver was ticketed, and we were not at fault. My wife is in better shape than I am. I am going to my doctor tomorrow.

Funny you should mention sueing. Four of my brother-in-laws said to do just that. Either the husband or father showed up at the scene driving a Jaguar.

I am contacting a lawyer just to protect us. You hear on the news from time to time a burgler, breaking into someones house, being shot, then suing the people he was trying to rob.

I think we had enough crap as a result of the accident, and don't want anymore.

I'm in Florida, USA. http://www.hostboard.com/forums/ No icy roads here. My wife was driving. A woman pulled out of a side street. We were on a 4 lane road. We were on the inside lane, going North. There was a truck to the right of us, making a right turn. She didn't look our way, and just tried to cross 2 lanes so she could go South. We never saw her coming because of the truck taking that right turn.

The lucky thing for us was that there was a cop behind her and saw the whole thing. He gave her a ticket for failing to yield the right of way.

My wife is not starting to have problems with her neck. I'm sore as hell. Definitely going to the Doctor tomorrow.

It was raining, my wife drives carefully, but there was nothing we could do. Couldn't go left, into oncoming traffic, or right because of the truck. When we hit her full size van, was the first time she looked left.

I don't curse in front of my wife. However, my first words were "You son of a bitch!". My wife was very shook up, and lapsed back in Italian.

The woman in the other car also had a young girl in the front seat. Too small to be in the front, and she got a ticket for that as well.

We have two cars. We just paided off my POS Hyundai Elantra. My wifes car is a Nissan Sentra (also paid off, but 10 years old). We won't get crap for it.

I guess I'm upset which is why I'm typing so much about it. My pain is getting worse. I am going to take some pain pills for it, but they zonk me out.

We were coming home from a shopping trip, so we had stuff in the car. Of course, all that went flying to the front.

What a crappy weekend. BTW, no Spawns at Wal*Mart.
