so i came across this page outlining various appearacnes by X-Men nude... (someone has too much time on their hands...) http://lianat.topcities.com/nightcrawlr.html
it shows 2 nekkid appearacnes by our fuzzy elf, but i KNOW there have been more... the ones i can think of besides the ones shown there (Excalibur #1 and 16) off the top of my head are; Uncanny X-Men 169 where he is stark raving naked for 2 whole pages, (and in public too! the exhibitionist...) and X-Men Unlimited #19 where he takes a shower. anyone think of any other nekkid appearances? http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/wink.gif
and i must say, look at Wolverine's section... is that not frightening how many times he's been shown naked???

It was not shown (and really "it" never is).. but in issue 2 of his original LS he is talking to a princess (Sabree) in another dimention and Kitty manages to teleport his clothes back for a few seconds.
Magik says "Kitty! You only got his costume! Sent it back! Send it back! Kurt's out there somewhere, giving a free show!"
Meanwhile--
Kurt: "Ah-- Ah-- Ah--"
Sabree: "By the Goddess, Kurt! Your clothing disapeared completely -- and then reappeared! How did yo do that?! -- and can you do it again?"
There was also an Exalibur issue where he has an adeventure with the Starjammers and the entire time he's in his underwear.
I think it's pretty funny. If you look at that site you realize the X-Men used to go 'round nekkid quite a lot. (Especially Storm)

Hmmm...is Nighty really naked because he has fur? If it was Beast, especially the new one, I'd say no. But Nighty's fur is really short. I don't think it would, ahem, hide, anything. I got Evo #4! And a bunch of other stuff which reminded me why I only buy comics when it is not possible to read them in the store. 10 comics for $38.95! Hearing that some people spend that much (or more) in a week did not make my mom any happier about it.

That low-ass (pun intended) tail seems to be a theme with Nighty drawings of all stripes. I've even seen the pros -- who *should* know better -- do it. It never fails to annoy me, and it ruins a perfectly good pic.
