The series also ranked among the top 10 broadcast and cable programs in Kids 2-11, Kids 6-11, Boys 2-11 (4.8/17) and Boys 6-11 (5.6/20).

The story synapsis doesn't specifically say he's in his teleportaional dimention...
I always assumed if that happened he'd suffocate. (Unless he can breath burning sulfur)

What was the part with the tree again? Remember when all the skeletons started rising out of the ground? "You moved the headstones, but you didn't move the bodies!!" You know that actually happened somewhere, the ghosts started haughting the houses on top of their graves.

The thing that scared me the most in poltergeist was that clown doll. Yeeesh. Put me off of my own toys. I was afraid to close my eyes at night if one of them was staring at me. I got rid of a lot of them because of that.

What got me was the movie 'Critters.' Now I watch it and laugh at how horribly awful it is, but it scared me back then. And anyway, I can teleport away from them and flush them down the toilet.

Moombeam,in "Poltergeist" the tree comes to life breaks through the boys bedroom window and trys to eat him(geez,that sounds silly when I type it)
An Spatula I forgot all about that clown.Actually that was the other scene that scared the crap out of me.As a child clowns always creeped me out and that movie didnt help any.
Hehehe,Critters Knighty?Well to be honest it used to scare me too but now I consider it a comedy.

Ew. Poltergiest! I love that movie but I have to agree...the clown got me. Ugh! That made me freak out forever.
My roommate in college collected clowns like that!! UGGH!!! I used to stick them in a drawer when she went home for the weekend. No kidding.
Beamie, the tree reached in the window and grabbed the little boy.
Knighty, Critters! I admit those little rollin' furballs were spooky. That's a great 80s movie.
My scary movie is Fire in the Sky. Oh, man, aliens SCARE me!!! Seriously.

If you're really looking to be scared.. "Event Horizon" is the movie to see. I will never watch that movie ever again.
BTW.. on Jan 20th, XM:E will be shown twice. Eastern times 9:30 and 10:30. Which means I hafta set my clock an hour ahead to catch the first RERUN and then watch Pokemon before I get to see the other RERUN. I'm glad they're going to finally start showing some new eps. I've been watching since the beginning and I'm tired of the.. RERUNS!

Really! I'm glad I'm not alone. Okay, I have to tell a story now: In college, one of my roommates, not the psyho clown collecter, knew about my alien phobia. It was around Halloween and we had just watched Fire in the Sky. We were the only ones home and we were both a little freaked by it. I went to bed and a few hours later something woke me up. I opened my eyes and there was an alien right in my face! Big black eyes, skinny face, no other features, needless to say, I freaked. I screamed fit to wake the whole campus and hit it to discover it was plastic, and then I heard gales of laughter from the corner. My loving roommate had taken a glow in the dark skeleton and held it under a halogen light for a few minutes and then suspended it above my bed and waited for the fireworks. I almost killed her. I had nightmares for weeks. *shudder*
And Grrl, never watch Event Horizon at a Halloween party, where everyone's in freaky costumes and you're drunk. Not that I'd know...just some friendly advice.

Yeah, Event Horizon and Devil's Advocate are the two scariest movies I've ever seen. And I'm not afraid of monster aliens, I'm scared of the smart ones that visit once in a while.

Yeah Moonbeam I saw "Aliens" in the theater when I was 11 years old.I had to beg my mom to let me see it.I couldnt sleep for a week!If you think that movie is something on the small screen on a big screen it will blow you away.They should re-release it in theaters.
Honestly "Event Horizon" didnt scare me.In fact there has been no movie in the past ten years that has scared me."The Blair Witch Project" was good but it didnt scare me.It was real suspenseful though.
Movies about Demons and evil spirits, espeacially ones based on true storys like."The Amityville Horror"and"The Excorsist" still creep me out even today, while others Ive out grown.

The first couple Alien movies were great. Yeah, Knighty, that kind don't scare me...it's those grey ones that like to implant things up people's noses that scare me to death...'cause they just might be real. UGH!
Drags, did you see the rerelease of The Exorcist? It was great to see that on the big screen! Amityville scared me as a kid, but now I think it's kinda funny. Yeah, those type usually creep me out, 'cause, again, I think that stuff may just be real.

Has anyone heard if there is gonna be a second season of Evolution yet? It's popular so far so I would think they would renew it...

I got all the Alien movies on DVD for Christmas, they rock. Even the 3rd and 4th ones that no-one likes are still done by two of my favourite directors. Those creatures you mention Slarti are called Face Huggers and actually implant the featus of the Alien through it's host mouth, not nose. Eeew!
