Aurgh! More money I have to spend...
By the way, did you see the flirty look of Nighty and the mouth of Wolvie? Seems like he chewing something really hard. A nut? (And his arms look strange, but that might just be because I'm not used to muscles.)

Hmmmmm. I like the cartoon enough to get up at 9:30 in the frickin morning on a SATURDAY to watch it (also because I cannot program a VCR properly, but that's another story), but I am still in college and oh-so-broke, and I don't know if I can splurge on the comic book adaptation. I was feeling nostalgic recently, and I went out and bought a bunch of old Excaliburs. So that set me back a little bit. And with Nighty appearing in so many X-titles, as well as the imminent (sort of) solo series, I think I'll have to -sniff- forgo this one.

ALLRIGHT!!! YESS!!!! WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!
....sorry, but I CAN'T WAIT!!! OH YEAH!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!! BOOO YAH!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHHAH! http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/biggrin.gif Man! At first, i thought it was just rumors...but now...YEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAW!!!!!!!
Well this may alleviate some and disappoint others, but Kurt might not appear in the series right off. The comic will focus on the creation of the team, before the cartoon series. And since Kurt showed up in the first episode he might not make an appearance. So read in Scott, Jean, Prof X, Wolverine, and Storm here. As the series continues, who knows the BAMFster might pop up.

Hey, I can't remember where, but I thought I heard some rumors they might be moving the time slot to a later time. I have been keeping my ears, nose, and eyes open for this, and no word yet, but I'll let you guys know asap, k? http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/wink.gif

Ach! I didn't notice that before. It sure looks like he's a walking muscle package! His head looks a wee bit strange when comparing it to his body, I think.
Hey this looks great!! Wow!! Beautiful art!! I wonder how "animation style" will translate in a comicbook format?
Spooky, maybe you can drop one or two titles and get this instead. Just a thought. That's probably what I will do.
I'm a little worried though about what the folks at my comicbook shop will think of me getting a book based on a kid's tv show.
Judging by Cat and Kurt's poses, "Kurtty" fans will be pleased.
agree with the others!
kurt looks weird, but what about kitty NEXT to him, she looks worst, just check those huge eyes!!!

give a kiss tall and dark bamfsome!!!
All signs point to a Kurt/Kitty relationship!

"The red lights are flashing, but on this ship that could mean anything from 'We're under attack' to 'The baked potatoes are done.'"
Gotta love how Kurt is right in the front of that team shot!
There's a BIG reason (besides the chance to collect another title featuring a version of Nightcrawler) that i'm really, really looking forward to this book. It's being written by DEVIN GRAYSON!! http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif
For the last few years Devin's been doing some really kick a@@ stuff for DC over in the Batman books. She has an uncanny knack for handling inter-personal relationships. She's also aces with dialogue and characterization! Her Batman/Nightwing stories are some of the best stuff i've ever read featuring BRUCE WAYNE and his former youthful ward, current adopted son DICK GRAYSON! (The awesome story where the rarely emotional Dark Knight takes it upon himself to legally adopt Nightwing, making Dick the only rightful heir to the Wayne fortune, is classic Devin Grayson stuff!) Wich would be natural I guess since her being a fan of the old animated BATMAN series is what brought her into comics. She was intrigued by the surrogate father/son relationship between Batman and Robin!
Cool artwork and Nightcrawler aside I expect this book to be awesome! http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
BAMF!
