I mean think of, if I were nightcrawler I would just shave all that blue fur off and see how'd I look, and if I didn't like it...I'd grow it back. Especially with the 3-fingered 2-toed thing he'd look even weirder but that is what we love, eh?

Everybody say it with me...I am...A Nightcrawler Fan And proud of it!!!!
-
Well...Nein. http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/wink.gifThink of it this way: When you shave, usually hair tends to grow back again, but a lot harder and tough (c'mon, gals and gents, we've all had experiences shaving!). Poor Kurt, he'd be so uncomfortable all over when it grows back!! http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/wink.gif
;P
-
Well maybe he can wax. http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/tongue.gif
I think he likes being fuzzy...
-
Ouch! Oh, no, no, no... Not the fuzzy elf I like! *I* want him fuzzy... http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/wink.gif
Well, think like this, how often does one see shaven furry animals? (The only times I've seen some, are just before a surgery.)
-
I agree with Spats, NC prefers to be true to his real self. Besides, I like mein elf fuzzy. The shaving/waxing wouldn't work.
**Well maybe he can wax.**
Now what if he applies it wrong? http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/wink.gif He'll be sticky all over, an' then when Mr.Clean comes around again and NC gets to prove that he can do WITHOUT Wolve, he won't be able to move!! An' what about his face off with the Supreme-Pontiff-whatsisname, NC slaps the guy, and gets his hand stuck to the guy's face? Or what if he has to deliver another baby?! Or if he gets stuck in that yoga pose? (Ok, I'll stop ranting here...)
**how often does one see shaven furry animals?**
I'm thinking poodles here...Ach! A blue poodle!?!?! See, now look were you made my mind go, gnahrf! http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/wink.gif
"Oh, the horror! The horror!"

Shaving all that fur would be more trouble than it's worth.
And you just reminded me of that cat I used to see around. Its owners shaved it to look like a lion... they left the head alone and a little tuft of fur on the tip of the tail. Gawd, that was a funny looking cat!
And the waxing would be a bad idea. My cat ate all the hair off her stomach once when she got carpet glue stuck in it. That's kind of like wax and believe me, the hairballs were not pretty. http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/tongue.gif

*gasp* nghty!! I think you've figured out how Kurt could have gotten slapped around by Mr. Floor Cleaning Product!! It all makes sense now!! Joe Casey is a friggin' genius!!! http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/tongue.gif

OUCH!OUCH!OUCH!
hot nasty wax! or that other method of ripping it out by the strip! Me thinks that the Elf is NOT into pain! and shaving! oh! the dreadful itching!
*pandora runs around looking for that tube of anti-itch stuff just thinking about it!*
Please! I like my fuzzy Elf FUZZY!

NO! NO SHAVED OR WAXED FUZZY ELFS! NO NO NO NO NO!
-Ahem- I like the fuzzy. Most other fans seem to, too. Though I do wonder if (I hope!) Kurt was in one of the X-Men sequels, (Even if he's not in the X-Men 2, maybe he'd be in part 3, if there is a part 3. It seems like a lucrative series) would he just have blue skin instead of peachfuzz? I refuse to entertain the notion that he'd get scales like his supermodel mom. Does anybody know if his skin really IS blue under the fuzz? In X-Men Unlimited #19, (and all the Unlimiteds I have with him, for that matter) when they do a listing of the backgrounds of the cast of characters, they describe him as "The BLUE-SKINNED leader of Excalibur". Should we just chalk this up to the trademark Marvel continuity, or do you think his skin really IS blue beneath the fur?
And oh yes, pet shaving is weird and wrong. Unless you live in a hot climate with a really furry animal. And even then I don't think that they like it. I'm guessing that the person who started this thread is a male, and unaccustomed to the time-comsuming process of shaving large parts of your body, and the horrific itching that is produced as it grows back. "Oh, the horror" is right!

i don't think i could stand to see poor kurt fur-less but if ever intends to remove that beautiful blue fuzz perhaps he can take the dip! lol well if they have flea dips for dogs and cats why not a 'nair?' dip for ppl with really bad hair overgrowth..

Well, I'm thinking 'What If...' here. Hard not to (got six issues yesterday - all of them had some Kurt cameos).
What if Kurt mutated a wee bit more - no more mister Fuzzy Elf, but rather, say a big hello to mister Hairy Man? In short, what if Kurt's hair grew?
Oh dear, dear... http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/eek.gif Why did I invoke this thought? Since he's got hair all over, it would mean he'd look like a small yeti or something! (But a blue one - cool!)

Scary thought. Over in New Xmen, Beast and White Queen are mutating further. It would explain how weird Kurt's reputed to look in Uncanny. (I haven't see the issue, I'm just basing this on what you guys have said.)
Nah it's just bad art, isn't it...right....right...?
God I wish uncanny would just stop...
-
you mean grow long hair and go hippie? lol the blue hair is what makes him so cute and loveable ( everyone go awwwwwww..) to shave would be like meaning to shave Cousin It.......its who he is http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif

"C'mon,it was za eyes and tha blue fur wazn't it? I KNEW it was more zan just my charming personality."

Oops, got excited and have no idea what the hell I must've pressed. Anyways, WELCOME!
The nair idea could go as far as painlessness is involved, but I still see a problem with itchies and such. ;P

LOL! Dont worry SPATULA GAL, I think Kurt's freaky look in the last Uncanny was just an example of a guest artist with a crappy interpretation. (whew!)
BAMF!
-
Bad idea! It'll take him 4ever to shave even with an elctric shaver!
