I've been looking through this board for the last couple of days, trying to familiarize myself with the people here and I think I am getting the impression you are all very hilarious people. (a very good thing)

Just so I get to know you all a bit better I thought I would ask some questions. First, if you were to describe each other, what would you say about each other?

I already know AsIs, Branflakes, HappyBunny, and Jaxom 27 (who goes by something else here, I know), but what about the rest of you? What do I have to look forward to if I decide to pop in from time to time? [img]smile.gif[/img]

Gem...welcome in...I shall defer to some of the others for more hy-lair-ee-us tales of the Forum...but let it be known that the STP board had humble beginnings as Terry's original message board on his website...we talked A LOT of SiP and we talked a lot of NON SiP stuff (to his delight and chagrin I do believe)...eventually Maida spliintered the Forum into two areas at Terry's behest...when the SiP Site enterented into its newest incarnation, Maida helped us get the things we needed to get done to keep us up and running...we're insane and inane...but we have fun doing it...

Join us...we need new blood...oops, did I just type that out loud...

OK, I'll be honest, Gem... we started this board to keep a certain segment of society amused and in front of their computers, rather than loose on the streets...

I showed up via Terry's board; I remember lurking here when Bran and eris were having a milk/chocolate fight and licking the results off of various members who wandered into the thread - I stayed away, assuming I had wandered into some sex fetish board. I can't remember when I actually did start posting here, but I know I was mistaken for a gay man for a while on Terry's board.

One of the nice things, and one of the confusing things, about this board is that some of us can blow gendar and gaydar right off the board. I've been mistaken for a guy more than once, myself. Well, in an effort to be on topic... I'm a math geek, a comic book geek (including SiP of course!), a sci-fi/fantasy geek (books/movies/tv), an animation geek. I really should be a videogame geek considering my employer, but other than a serious addiction to puzzle games, I really don't play a lot of games which is probably criminal seeing as I get most of them free. My brother's more than happy that I don't want them, though.
