eehm, drat, i don't know heidegger put this in the question concerning technology.
The waterfall, is an untapped resource, a tool maybe, but in itself it is something, something that the man does not see because he is locked in the seeing of tools, and nature that can be manipulated?
So that makes it more than the man, who will probably end up seeing himself as a tool?
