they are 'Doc's Proplugs' i got them from Richer Sounds (hifi place) but you can get them from loads of places.

if ya go to www.electromusic.co.uk u can get them from there... or mail them or ring them about it, or they might even have them in pooles (but thats a shit shop) theyre about 12 quid but worth the fucking money, ive used them for about a year and a bit and fuck, can u tell the difference...

i think people are confusing tinnitus with "ringing in the ears"
"ringing in the ears" is when you can hear a noise in your head, almost like a ringing sound. temporary phenomenon, last a few hours.
"tinnitus" sounds like crickets chirping, to varying degrees depending on how bad it is.
