Right, ok just a general point to start off with! Andy, fair do's someone promoting a rock at Ants' is low and he shouldn't have done it whether it's for his rock night or otherwise.
BUT, threatening to kill him or whatever is also a bit off. There's no need, it's called competition.

Support the scene by going to another rock night? You mean desert Ants, who has put practically his whole life into this "grimsby scene" for some young upstart who has decided to 'contribute to the scene' by rivalling Ants? If you want to improve the scene surely put it on another night so you then increase the number of rock night people can attend in a week instead of providing an alternative. Alternatives work when there are plenty of places to go throughout the week not a couple of nights.
On the other hand Ants, if you're gonna have competition, it's business you've got to beat the competition. Put on a better rock night, so people don't want to go to it but prefer yours.
In short, support the second rock night if you don't want to go to Ants'. Try and make the rock nights on different nights but perhaps most importantly for the "grimsby scene" - stay cool.

Rock night at the spiders web starts 5th of march and will be held on tuesday nights. as far as i'm aware there is no regular rock night held on a tuesday.
we don't want to be in direct competition, or try and get people to desert ants.
i've been going to ants' rock nights for a fair bit now and he has had a lot of great nights. when i can afford i'm at pretty much every night he puts on.
neway if sum1 has a problem or wants 2 discuss something with us why not come straight to us instead of posting something about killing alex kyle? alex kyle has nothing to do with the rock night so leave him alone.

firstley it isnt betraying ants its andy there is only so many rocknights a week ppl can afford to go to im struggling at the min to handle to prolly cause im a doley scumbag but still i turn up not just to support the scene but to support a scene also many of you call ya selves scensters how long you been part of the "scene" not that it matters a rocknight at spiders is not gonna work cause youll lose money chris is limited the audience he can appeal to . chris what you said to hannah was the biggest daftest mistake you'll ever make and telling her your name even worse now she knows i no you causes probs even more . but we will get over it there would be no scene nowadays without ants and ppl like him. rival rocknights are gonna part what little unity we have . changing it to a diffrent night still no good as a lot of the scene are students and dont have jobs there fore cant afford it and a few ppl like me on the dole cant afford it.

1.ive already done 2 rock nights in the past
2.its been sorted for a long time that i will have a rock night on TUESDAY starting in april and i will have 1 a month after that so ants dont loose buisness
3.chris weston your rock night will not take off infact i can tell you what will happen is that loads will turn up to the first 1 to see what its like then relizing how shit it is they wont bother and stick to park lane coz at the end of the day a night club is better than a pub night and its got fuck all to do with supporting ants.

alex was handing out those flyers for a friend, if you'd have asked him maybe you'd have known that, weston didnt realise you were doing a rock night on a tuesday niether did i actually, i thought the people at the pub were leaning towards doing a hip-hop night regularly on a tuesday because that brought in more money than the rock night did. if people actually spoke to each other in this 'scene' maybe these thing wouldnt happen but instead we get people going all 'oh he's doing that on the same night im doing this, its all a conspirisyhe did this specifically to piss me off and now he's gonna pay!' what a load of shit, these guys were trying to broaden the scene not fucking split it up. just because someone didn't have enough infomation on a subject doesn't make them a traitor. those that jump in without thought and consideration are idiots.
