I thought Rickelz was Negative.but gav just shits it outa his mouth.have you got not one single word to say that is not negative about something? You always talk about "Newbo's" so what if they r alive there is nothing you can do about them,(apart from nuke em)they will be what they want to be like one day when u r old and fat and smell of piss they will Laugh at you.oh wait they better laugh now.
why would i want to be positive? - what am i meant to say? "hooray, i've been characatured by trend and now all my favourite bands are making lots of money in the charts. and everyone thinks i am what i've grown to detest. yay!" rperhaps "let's go buy ice cream! oh look at the lovely skateboarders - they're really cool and skilled. isn't it great that people so young are buying hoodies and doesn't it look cool when they come all the way down to their ankles?". there's no room for happiness in my little world. i do occasionally talk about positive things - but stuff's really pissing me off this week.

The only people who would think that anyone is the same as a newcomer to the scene are people out of it....and they also will presume that you bang your head,never wash,take heroin and all the other bullshit stigmas placed onto fans of rock music since its birth...and whos to blame?Not new kids...but the media...in particular the BBC.

You have to look on the positive side of things. If you don't have a positive outlook nothing will ever get done and nothing will progress.yeah some things are rubbish..so get off your arse and do something about it instead of sitting there and moaning. Your pointless groans are taking up my valuable time with which I am trying to do something about the things I see fit.
"look at all the new kids with their stupid hoodies" so give them a hand...how are they gonna develop into people who carry on the scene if no one shows them how it's done or there is no scene to carry on.
To be shown how it's done? As if it's been written down somewhere? People who complain about hoodies say they hate the little kids because they are image concious, but surely the people who complain are more image concious themselves by not only taking great notice to this, but by avoiding these things at all cost; in turn they are concious of their image in a far more obsessive way

You're right Gav - newbos are gay.
BECAUSE they have the obligatory alternative attitude that is hating trendies and trends, yet the only reason they are become grebs in the first place is because it is a current trend. That goes for the YOUNG newbos. (And I know that this doesn't apply to ALL young newbos, but it applies to many of them.)
What pisses me off about newbos my age is that they are the very same people that used to call me greebo, slag off the bands I like, and basically bully me when me and Gav were the only people with an opinion of our own that didn't conform to the trendy life of wearing only certain clothes and going "down beach" every single Friday night. It was us verses the school!
But now, certain people (no need to name names, but they know who they are) who used to say "Greebooooo! Nirvana.. Metallica! Fucking greb!" all day every day have suddenly got into the alternative scene and are acting like they never were against it... but they're only lying to themselves.
Me and Gav were the strong ones who stood up for what we believed in and were individualists when the times were hard. You only dare to do it now because bands like Limp Bizkit and Sum 41 are in the charts and you know you won't get called the fuck out of for it.
THAT is why they annoy me. Can anyone argue with that?

I didn't mean actually give them step by step directions I meant act in a way thatthat they can see how it's done by building a community spirit, putting on DIY shows and generally making an effort to help each other and support the scene.
Oh yeah...I don't know if my first post on this topic offended anyone but they banned me from posting on here because of it. Well now I'm back so who cares! [img]biggrin.gif[/img]
