I was heading to Omaha (50 miles from Lincoln where I goto school) on the interstate and I see this Z3, then realized that it has dual exhaust so I knew what it "Really" was. So when I get close enough to see the M tag I read the plate and it says "Spd Kilz" so I figure he is gonna bite no matter what. So I drop down to four and pull on him and as I slow next to him to signal a race, he has the (mid-life crisis) nerve to way "BYE BYE" to me. So he hits it and I hit it and being out of my sweet spot I have to down shift to leave him and as I do I turn to him and wave (23 year old Cocky A$$hole) "BYE BYE" to him as I pull away. Damn was he surprised http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/eek.gif and his woman too http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/eek.gif that his supped up, way overpriced yuppee mobile got walked pretty convencingly by an Acura.(no offense to the yupees out there http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/wink.gif) So after doing this (whooooping) to him two more times we slow it down and he signals to roll down the window, so I oblidge and he yells that the traction control was messing him up, so of course I yell right back, "TURN IT OFF!". So we slow to 50mph (I guess you have to go that fast to turn it off) and boy did he mess up by doing that cause I shifted down to 3rd, and 50mph in 3rd is, well shall we say, a SWEET SPOT, for us JRSC guys. So we are dead even and then he guns it, and I gun it and damn! I blew his F*CKING doors and top right off http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif I had him beat real bad but I decided to punish him for the wave at the begining so I kept going all the way up to 5th gear (shut it down around 130mph) and then gave him the hazards and kept on going. Little side note: I had all my laundry and my woman (115lb) with me along with my tool box in back. Man do I love this Sh*t! http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif Anybody know what MT tested these M series Z3's at? Well gotta go now, I still have street races to get to.....

Then finally when that F@#$@$N tax check comes in the real purchase of what I want can be made..Anyhow good race, and find some more yuppies to take out. The best part is they think "shit I paid X amount of dollars for this car and couldn't beat a honda", but of course its the name you pay for as well not just the performance of a car.

You never know he could have been the guy you made look bad on the road.. http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/wink.gif But as far as education goes coming from a previous EURO car GTI VR6(nicely modded) I can say this much. Overpriced cars and parts handsdown! The guys who complain and bitch seem to be fairly rich and can already afford a fully equipped M roadster and never started at a level of a decent performing car. I've driven the roadster and hell yeah its a nice ride but not for the price. I'd rather get a integra any day with a few thousand invested(engine interior and looks ) and have a better performing car with looks as well. And for highway performance delivery of the M series being an M3 coupe I raced 5 when I had my VR6 and won 4 out of those 5 races. They have great low end power but didnt have squat up top end and there is alot of VW people who would agree to this. Overpriced and overrated. Btw on my vr6 when ripping those "M3'S" I had an exhaust, modded box, cams , and chip. ROGERS KEEP RIPPING THOSE YUPPIES WITH BMW's!! ITS ALWAYS GREAT TO PISS OFF A SNOB

I agree, I love M3s, but to be able to get an Integra with lower insurance, better gas mileage and a better record of reliability, you can't go wrong. Then to be able to spend $5K and have all of the above and be able to have the same performance numbers if not better than most BMWs.......well let's just say until I win the lottery and dropping $45K on a car wont make my heart skip a beat I'll just stay with my trusty Integra.
Does anyone follow Touring Racing? I'm not sure how the season ended, but every time I watched a race.... 4 out of the top 5 finishers were Integras, not BMWs! But seriously, if anyone knows how the season ended let me know?

I was toolin' with this Z coupe. (It has a rear hatch.) It seems we commmute the same way in the morning. Not only is it an //M, but the guy had a DINAN badge on it also. I was dying to see how fast he was, but the morning commute had too much traffic to play.
I don't know if he had a DINAN chip, or forced induction? I see him every once in awhile, so one day perhaps we will pull out of the toll at the same time http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif

I think, Frost, that your going on the assumption that everyone will love an M3 after driving one and instantly (without regard) agree that even if it did get beaten by Rogers that it would still be considered the better car. We all know what "Assume" stands for dont we Also most everyone is forgetting what this is, A kill post, not a "Which car is better" post.
