On the 1-2 shift, the clutch DID NOT slip but the wheels spun a f'load. You can hear the motor crap out in fourth.

Also, I can't say I'm not actually happy about this since I have a good excuse to start project 300+ to the wheels and CARB legal http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif. I already have a plan to disable the blower during smog tests (thanks for the info on how to do this Yossa!!). This will let me pass smog without any problems using the upgraded eaton blower. I can bypass boost and the car will run a little more sluggish than stock.

That shit sounds evil as FUCK. sorry if I seem a bit overwhelmed but I have never heard a charger (eaton style) so it was nice to hear what it sounded like. Silvino thanks a bunch for the sounds very sweet stuff but sorry your engine had to pay the price.

Btw, my car actually always sounded that way and pulled harder than that mid-high. The timing actually slowed the climb to the top and only helped give me more wheelspin in first and 2nd. Keep in mind NORMALLY I had the 6 BTM set to -1/2 to -3/4 degree timing per lbs of boost and the J&S turned higher. If the car was set properly, none of this would have happened and the car would have had a faster run. Pretty sad.

No offense...Silvino, but don't you think that wav file sounds like a garbage truck's engine revving when they compress the trash. But the sound also sounds like a jet fighter ready for take-off.

It sounds weird bcause the microphone wasn't the best there is. You have almost nothing of the exhaust. If you had a mic near my head it would sound way different. We mounted the mic near the intake to get this sound so that others could hear the blower and nothing else. THe Apex is WAY louder. If it sounds like shit to you that's fine. I'll just have to make it fast enough to keep it out of your sight http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif.
