In the Daredevil movie when Jennifer Garner is doing her thing with the sand bags, the song that is playing is by 'evanescence'.
Well I heard it on the radio today and then was surprised to hear that the band is from Little Rock.
Anyways, I downloaded two of their songs on Kazaa (Lite, of course) and IMO they arent bad.

Why do you refuse to listen to the music? i agree with TG that the music is excellent. I don't care who influenced them, i think the music is great. also, i think it is awesome that someone famous has come out of little rock that didn't get their dick sucked in the oval office. hell yea, i am going to support them. as for the movie, still don't care to see it. but the music by evenascene or however you spell it. i think it's great. everyone should at least give it a shot. if you don't like it fine...but give it a shot, you might be surprised. one of the cool things is that the songs being released now are not much different from what they were making in their garage. i forget the guys name, but i think the guy who is playing guitar for them now is actually the one who did all the editing before they made it big. pretty impressive work if you ask me.

It was horrible. I watched part of it at work one morning because there was nothing else on. I felt dirty watching something so horible.
I LOVED Judge Dredd. one of the best movies of all time, i swear!

the only good song in the judge dredd soundtrack is the 'block war' song. And only because it gives you this militaristic feeling of soon-to-be kick-assing.

The Evanescence cd comes out today. make sure you all go out and buy you a copy. i will be buying a copy as a present for my brother for his birthday, but then i will copy it. but all of you should go out and buy a copy. it is going to rock.

I would like to think that there is more than just that difference between you and I. And i still don't see how that matters, where will they be in 5 years? i can't say where I will be in 5 years.
the only thing i can assume is that the only music you listen to is the type of music that will last for at least 5 years. meaning you would rather conform to the type of music that the major consensus prefers so that others don't look at you with a raised eyebrow for having a unique taste in music?
