Watched that movie again last night. Still think it's a pretty good movie. This time around though, realized that there are quite a few funny parts in it. Not just kind of "ha ha" funny parts, but really out loud laughing kind of funnies. Good movie. if you haven't seen it, it's a good movie to see if you are kinda bored, and wouldn't mind getting a laugh and an occassional scare. but i will warn you the little boy in the movie is really annoying

Think I reviewed this movie before on my board too. Either the original theatrical release or the DVD, or both (?)

Shatz and I saw this opening night at the 150 back when it came out...
we gave it 4 thumbs down at the time and would probably do the same today!
I can see how Shatzy would not have liked it, it did have a very strong religious background to the movie. As for jason, i now see that you didnt' like it, well because she didn't like it...as for my explanation of why i liked it...i took it as it was...entertainment. aliens aren't real, the movie isn't real, so you can use imagination to come up with all the loose ends. i don't care that there were alot of gaps and pointless items in the entire movie, but i thought it was good, it gave me a scare every now and then, it made me laugh alot, and i was entertained...i enjoyed it.

That was conveniently overlooked...perhaps someone was too scared to test the hot water...
Jason, didn't you watch Final Destination with us that one night...wait...no, you were on the verge of puking and chasing an invisible fly around in your bathroom, so I doubt you remember most of it.
And once again, the same with signs. Final Destination was entertainment. Does that stuff happen? NO!!! Will it happen...NO!!!! Do i care if it ever happens....NO...it was entertaining, the deaths were interesting, the suspense was great. the acting and overall idea was great....but, let me stress...IT WAS ENTERTAINING!!!!
Unfortunately I had previously seen Final Destination.
Just because something is entertainment doesnt mean it is a good movie.
Now let me also say that 'Signs' did have a few parts that were ok. One that I recall in particular was when Mel and whatshisname were running around the house cursing. That was decent.
It had potential...they just dropped the ball on the script.
And the casting.

In my opinion I think a good movie is a movie that keeps me entertained....Jerry Maquire....horrible movie...I fell asleep in it....Back to the future, Dumb and dumber, some of the best movies ever...they keep me entertained....signs, good movie because i watched the movie and never lost interest...that is a good movie to me.

Who is Z06 anyways?
By the way, Z06 is now banned.
I'm not sure...who is Z06 TG? Let's do the math. First, not many people know about this board. Only those people on Jizz Nasty, The Acropolis and the Bean Scene. Never have I noticed Z06 on any of them, and suddenly, a reply is made to a post that was directly pointed at TastinGood.
Then I started doing my research. If more proof is needed, I will do my best to track down the appropriate IP address of any computer you have used.

By looking at the boards that have been posted on, you will notice that all of those boards either are being moderated by Shatzy or have been moderated by Shatzy in the past. In fact, the acroplis and GP are both boards that Shatzy highly "advertises" ....COINCIDENCE? I think not!!!!
I failed to add this to my argument on who the Z06 character is. It is common knowledge that it was a desire of ek3's to ban all instances of every username that a certain Jason might own....This Jason is the known owner of the username TastinGood. Seeing as how Z06 is one of the banned names on Jizz Nasty, one can assume that TG, Z06, and Jason are all one in the same.

Have GravyTrain, Zela or ek3 ever been banned by Jizz Nasty? in fact, seeing as how ek3 is the moderator, why would he ban all of his other names? As for GravyTrain, (being myself), being the moderator of this board, why would I ban myself from this board? or if GravyTrain were yourself, then why would you ban yourself from this board....as for Zela, I don't know Zela, you might be Zela, Zela might be you...however, why would you make fun of Zela about being from the Netherlands and never getting laid if you were in fact the same person..just somethign to ponder.
