Hey Tyson! Alex's bar hasn't had too many exciting shows lately. But there are a couple of good shows coming up. The Exploding Fuck Dolls will be playing there Saturday the 20th. Devil Doll and Deadbolt on Friday the 26th. I'm gonna try to get too both. Gretschy, here's your chance to check out Devil Doll, and have the opportunity to experience Alex's Bar, one of my favorite places to party!

I've wanted to see exploding fuck dolls, is that the one with Duane Peters? or maybe I'm thinking of someone else...hmmm if it is I might make the trip...let me know more details when it gets closer ok?

Erica--no I'm not really that big a fan of Duane...if I was I guess I would have known he isn't part of EFD's any more hehe...but I do like punk and I don't think you can get much more punk than that guy [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img] As for Deadbolt, I'm not too familiar with them but I wouldn't be against driving up for it.

Duane Peters and Corey Parks are definately the epitomy of Punk.

I knew Alex before he opened the bar. There was a longstanding joke that lasted for about 2 years. Every time we ran into Alex, it was "Hey Alex when are you going to open your bar, next month?" I know him well, but I'm not tight with him. Alex's and the Dollhut are the 2 best local places to go for smaller shows.
